Hi I have purchased the order online even the I paid the amount still I did not receive the mobile...

I have ordered a mobile phone via a website called mytouchphone.online. I paid an amount of Rs.3499 via online payment. I've received order placed message. But from then no more updates and I can't track my order to. Is there any possible way to get back the money....
