. I am complaining about the water supply problem in my area (Gali no. 1 new nursing nagar ward no. 8 char sahar ka naka hazira gwl.) water supply has been stopped since 29th of may 2019. Me and my neighbours are facing too much problem because of this. I think you can understand the problem and will take rapidly action against it. I highly obliged to you to solve this problem immediately. Kindly start the water supply of my area.

Respected sir, in our colony there is no management for us to dump the house waste and no one comes to clean our colony... Due to that people through their house waste on the road which cause many problems. My house is beside the road and people dump house waste in front of my house on the road. Six months ago drainage system (Nala) was built in our colony since then no one from nigam take initiative step to clean or inspection that... Due to that mosquitoes are encreasing day by day which will affect our health.. I m requesting you to take a strict action against it.. And hope we would get reply soon from your side. I will attach a photo and a video to make u ensure about seriousness of our problems..

I deposited online advance water tax rs.1800/- but nagar nigam office acknowledged it late and imposed late fee surcharge of rs. 30/-, which is wrong. I have made online advance payment, so this surcharge was erroneous. Kindly correct it and adjust my dues as minus (-) 45o/- in place of minus (-) 420/-
Thus there is no pending payment remains and water tax may please be deposited up to 31.03.2019.

I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from nagar palika, gwalior, from more than 2 months.
There is a open chamber just infront of my home. I have complained to senior authorities to make is pack, a lot of children play here so there is a possibility that some one may fall in it. I had specifically told to politicians of our local area to take care of it by telephone but might be he is not showing any interested in this, he send 2 labour to make it cover they were asking about money not 100 or 200 rupees but they were asking for 2000rupees.
I think this is the responsibility of the government to take care of road.
I am most annoyed that i wasted a lot of days (And half of the day's vacation) waiting for that some one will come from naragpalika.
Due to open chamber lot of mosquitoes are also spreading, and a lot of diseases also. It is important to bring to your kind notice sir, that the municipality has failed in doing it's job,
I have done many complaint earlier also but no actions were taken. I would like to request you to please take some necessary action. It has really become difficult for us to bear with the annoying smell, it becomes really challenging to keep cleaning them ourselves.
It has really become an unbearable nuisance to be tolerated. We are looking forward to your visit at the b block of our colony, so that we may find a way from it and can live in hygiene.

In morar tikoniya hathi khana road ward no 03 gali no 2 near sbi atm gwalior
There is big problem with seaver line. Since Last one month seaver line chowk lots of people suffering and all house letrine become chowk . There is no action from cantoment area and local parsad in this area
Please take action as soon as possible .

Due to blockage of chamber effluent water is continuously overflowing & spreading over the chamber of my house & creating unhealth environment.
You are requested to take necessary action for the same on priority basis.

Please do not waste money on false things instead of making people fool. The money is getting wasted daily and no resolution and after that the increasing rate of disease and nothing else to say.

Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the recent cases of dengue coming to light in N Block of Amaltas Colony. For the past 1 month the problem of mosquitoes has increased rapidly. It is a result of the insanitary slum areas and overflowing of drains. The drainage system in our locality is deplorable. These drains and the water reservoirs of slum areas are the breeding areas of the mosquitoes. This could be really fatal for all o[censored]s in the society. Thus, it is a request from all o[censored]s of N Block, that it would be really nice if you could personally visit our area and see the vulnerable condition yourself. If visiting personally is not possible then please send some of your representatives to take necessary action to stop the breeding of mosquito larvae.

In view of above, we humble request our sincere Official of Gwalior Nagar Nigam to take immediate action as follows:

1) Fogging (Spray disinfectant)
2) Clean the stagnant water surrounding to our residential areas.
3) Disposal of Waste
4) Clean the drains

We are also ensuring that no water is left in utensils, bathrooms or any other areas within our resident premises. Moreover, we are using mosquito repellents inside our homes.

कई बार ये आपके संज्ञान में लाया गया है कि
हमारे घर C-24 गांधी नगर खेड़ा पति मन्दिर के बगल में, के सामने नगर निगम की कचरापेटी लगे होने के कारण कॉलोनी के लोग हमारे घर के ही सामने जमीन पर कचरा डालरहे है इससे हमें काफी तकलीफ हो रही है। मक्खिया, मच्छर, हो रहे है और गाय आदि जानवर कचरा खाने की वजह से खड़े रहते है।इससे बीमारिया फैलने का खतरा है क्योंकि नगर निगम रोज कचरा नही उठा रहा है।शिकायत करने पर उस के अगले दिन कचरा उठवालिया जाता है पर दो चार दिन बाद फिर ढील हो जाती है। इसलिए निवेदन है की तत्काल प्रभाव से पेटी और कचरा हटवाया जाय और हमारे घर को कचराघर बनने से रोका जाय।

Today i saw road repairing work done near nagar nigam office nr raksha vihar. It was just horrible. And pathetic. Why u ppl are wasting the money of ours after next rain the condition will be same i 've the photos and sending them to nitin gadkri i[censored] ppl are not repairing it properly. Whydo not u use the good quality road material like one engineer in south using garbage plastic

The swach bharat vehicle isnot coming from last week in our area, i. E. Dd nagar, em-22 which is causing a serious garbage dumping problem. It came today and the person inside it told we might not able to come as our vehicle is out of service and we may not continue to come regularly. Please look after it as its a matter of serious concern as the garbage is getting collected producing pungent smell and deteriorating the environment

Daily household waste from a number of houses gets accumulated in our gali, and there is no so called ' nagar nigam gadi ' to clean it.
I am witnessing it from the day i was born, now at the age of 21 also the problem of waste disposal remains same. We hope ' swach bharat ' necessary steps will be taken. At least today is diwali, municipal can be more active on days of our hindu calendar.
Kindly act on this issue, isliye the hole idea of ' smart city gwalior ' is in vain.

Charging a defence personnel for parking vehicle at mco while querring for reservation details at mco gwalior railway station. When requested the towing person took rs400/-, and told that its a no parking zone, whereas about 3-4 vehicles were untouched in no parking zone. When asked, they just told me to move away or else more money wud be charged. Even after showing my i card i was treated badly, whereas other cars in the non parking zone were left untouched. If a defence person cannot park his car in front of mco... Then whats the use of mco parking.

I am a resident of AM-56 DD Nagar, Gwalior. This is to bring your attention to the problem of choked drain in front of my house. There is foul smell coming out. The
people coming to clean should also get a cart or vehicle to carry the dirt otherwise they dump it outside the drain and it gets washed off into the drain when it rains.
