Open urinal installed without intimating anyone in front of our house and also in front of two well known School

Dear Sir/Ma'm,
With due respect I want to inform you that In front of my house some one had put down the open public toilet/urinal. In my both the side of the house there are two well known schools in the name of Emmanuel and Nirmala Girls school.
Till yesterday night by 1:00 AM there was nothing but when i woke in the morning i saw a open public toilet installed in front of my house.. When asked who had done this, nobody knows...

This is to bring to your kind notice that the roads at "Mahaveer Nagar I" have not been maintained/renovated by the Municipal Corporation since the last 6 years. The condition of the road is pathetic at the moment and it has become worse after the digging work done for the water pipeline and gas pipeline. During monsoons water logging occurs even during scanty rainfalls. Also the boundary walls of the park nearby have...
