Subject: Complaint letter regarding overflow of drainage in our locality.

Respected Sir,

We are totally hundred families residing in our locality. We are facing a severe problem of growing problems of overflow of drainage for the last three year in our locality.

This overflow in drainage causes the problem of bad odour and leads to growth of mosquitoes which may lead to malaria. Small children playing outside the door have already been affected by diarrhoea. Sometimes we feel vomiting and nausea.

We have already given many complaints to our local authority. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing. So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally. If you do the needful then I shall be very much thankful to you.

इस पत्र के माध्यम से हम आपका ध्यान अपने मोहल्ले की सड़क व गलियो की तरफ आकर्षित करना चाहते है। संगम सिनेमा, पाइप लाइन रोड बंद फाटक - उत्तरांचल कॉलोनी, राजनगर, इस मोहल्ले मे रहने वाले नागरिक जो पिछले कई वर्षो से गंदगी मे जीवन यापन कर रहे हैं। ये सड़क जो मात्र 1 km की है। कभी भी पक्की सड़क नही बनाई गई है न ही नगर पालिका द्वारा या किसी सरकार द्वारा। इस सड़क की मरम्मत सिर्फ नाम के लिए ही की जाती हैं। वो भी सावन के महीने में जब कावड़िये ( भोले ) की आवजाहि इस सड़क से होती है। वो कच्ची काम चलाने के लिए ही की जाती है। उस टाइम पर सडक़ की मरम्मत क्या, सड़क मे दबे हुए सीवर की सफाई क्या सब रातो रात किया जाता है। वो भी सिर्फ अपना नाम करने के लिए। कोरोना महामारी के कारण लगभग 2 साल हो गये हैं। कोई भी कार्यकारी अधिकारी, नगरपालिका इस और झांका भी नही की इस सड़क और सड़क के किनारे की गलियो और मोहल्ले की क्या हालत है। क्योकि कोरोन काल मे कावड़िये नही आये। सिर्फ वोट चाहिये। जब इस सड़क पर बरसात होती है तब कोई देखने क्यो नही आता है। इस सड़क मे दबे सीवर सब ब्लॉक है। बरसात होने पर सीवर ओवर flow होने की वजह से सारा गंदा पानी सड़क पर और सड़क के किनारे मोहल्ले की गलियो मे इकट्ठा हो जाता है। ये सड़क और गलिया कम, ऐसा लगता है। जैसे तालाब हो। सड़क से क्या घर से बाहर निकलना नामुंकिन हो जाता है। और गंदगी के कारण बीमारिया पनपने लगती है।
अत आपसे निवेदन है की इस सड़क और मोहल्ले की नीची पड़ी गलियो का निर्माण कराने की कृपा करे। और मोहल्ले के नागरिको को इस गंदगी से निजात दिलाये।

I want to draw your kind attention towards the problem we are facing.I am the resident of C-42 Rampark near Nagar Palika Loni Ghaziabad 201102.
