I Have Booked A Flat In 2011 In Nakshatra I Land Scheme Till Today I Have Not Received Possession & My Building Work Is Also Not Started.

We have booked the Flat in April 2012 at Nakshtra I land, that time we were been told that we will get the Flat by Dec 2013. Its almost mid of 2015 still we have not received the Flat . they are now saying that we will get the Flat in Feb 2016 DO NOT BUY THE FLAT HERE .NOT TRUST FULL...

Day before yesterday I went there with my mom to visit their project. http://www.elloragroup.net/project.aspx?P=PL11 They asked me to fill the form. When I filled it, the lady who was there to entertain asked me :" r u Muslim?" I said "Yes I am" Then she said that they are not allowing muslim family over there and she suggest me to buy flat in their other project where they are allowing Muslim families. WTF is this? Other project they are running = Krishna Icon http://krishnaconstructioncompany.com/services.html But I took decision to not buy flat from such racist person.

Hi ,

I had booke apartment at Nakshatra i Land by Ellora group.

They quoated 2500 but negotiated to 2000 and booked the flat .

Then they cancelled the booking and asked for revised rate of 2075/-

Now they have increased the price to 2550 and say since they have increased the price i will have to pay the duiffrence.

When we book the flat price gets fixed.
