Nallur Sarees Complaints & Reviews

I saw the advertisement of nallur saree on facebook and ordered a beetroot silk saree but when i received the product it was of grey colour and of inferior quality. Mobile number given on the packet is false, even the consumer care number given in facebook website is false. I strongly request the authority to take strict action against such fraudulent company and penalise them so that others are saved from such hassle, also get my refund...

Quality was very bad and when we contacted for refund. They ask us to use upi method for refund.
Person was very doubtful by asking me if you have any balance or not.
Person send me then msg and asking to reply in 1 mins on message.

This is real fraud situation as i have not responded to message and person on call was saying then u can report to police about company etc.....

Nallur sarees - a house of frauds.
I placed the order for two sarees on cod basis.
I got the delivery of different cheap sarees.
Since payment was made to ekart.
I feel both of them are hand in glove.

On seeing the number of complaints regarding this company in surat and most of them having been victims of similar fraud, i think there is not much done to stop this fraud.
I feel the portal...

I had ordered a bhagalpuri pantone color saree with satin neavy blue blouse from nallursaree.com and it was delivered by ekart on 27.01.2020 and i paid rs 899 in cash. The saree which got delivered is nowhere similar to the one shown on the website. It is a very cheap quality saree. Now that i am trying to return the product the website is blocked, it is saying "the shop is unavailable". I want a refund of my money.

Nallur sarees is a fraud, not received correct delivery, in spite of the correct product name mentioned on the delivery pack, low quality and incorrect sarees received. The sarees ordered were the one with silk and ruffle, both are nnot ordered.
The phone number [protected] is always switched off and, the whatsapp last seen is 4th jan.
Also, the website is unavailable now,
I want the money back, anyhow....

Ordered a 'medium aquamarine color linen fancy plain saree (Order #12691) worth ₹799 and received a very cheap quality 'pink sari' without blouse. The phone number for complaints of the company is switched off and also there is no reply from their email address.

I am also feeling that it is a fraud website where they are really showing very nice sarees with discounts. When i bought the saree they send very cheap and wrong...

I ordered a pink colour sareers.849 but received a horrible worst black saree of cheap quality.. Order no itlc[protected] mailing to their customers care no response from their seller for 3 days.. They are definitely cheating and loot customers by showing one pic and sending entirely different product.. They have to be dealt legally... With all the bills they provide.. Just losing money and register complaint at do me in line platform is not...
