Patients was admitted in hospital for urinary infection, multiple reports were taken sonography and other test were also taken,
But the only treatment they have given was for urinary infection but along with that she had problem with here liver and large intestine and she also had problem in her uterus but no treatment was given for of these conditions, due to whc my within a months time my patients was again got diagnosis with uinary infection and when showed the report to a Doctor near by ciz of her detoring health he told us that she was having all this issue but only urinary infection treatment was given, there was a FIRBOROID in her uterus. We take a person to hospital so that what ever problem person has can get resolve and a proper treatment can be given and all the health issue are bee informed but here in Nanavati they are just so careless

I requested a letter from my doctor in OPD. He drafted it and sent for typing. A simple letter, should have taken max 15-20 minutes. I have been waiting for the letter for the last one and a half hours, but there is no sign of it. I am extremely disappointed with this defficiency of service to the patient.

This is to inform all that today my son visited Dr Prakash M Doshi.

Dr Prakash confirmed after X-Ray that there was no fracture, but only inflammation.

He has suggested the my son should be admitted in the hospital for this.

All readers, please note the advice of this doctor and the obvious practices going on at Nanavati.

Doctors will try their best to have patients admitted into the hospital since many hospitals give a fee to doctors for this

All people please bear this in mind when dealing with Dr Prakash Doshi

          Thanks

Claming to process my saley since almost 8 months.. Nanavati hospital inspite of serving a notice period isn’t ready to give my salary and has kept it on hold.. Also the admin aling with the hr department tortures the doctors (Plain post doctors or rmo) mercilessly.. We are made to work more than 60 hours in a week. Inspite of this i do not receive our salary

To Directors of Nanavati Hospital Dear Sir / Madam,

My baby left leg was fracture her left leg x-ray was taken after examination,
In that report it shows there is minor fracture so they told us that plaster will be require, so we agree.

But Instead of Left leg there have plaster her right leg,

when we called doctor in morning she told us that come after 2 day we will change the plaster as she is busy in some meeting,

I was not expecting such kind of Feedback

So we went at hospital the doctor asst came and cut the plaster after that he was trying to fix the same plaster on my daughter second leg, I had not allowed them to fIx it then he told me to wait for 2 min,

After 20 Min 4 doctor came and had a word with me but still i stick on my remarks to put new plaster, so after 5 Min there agree and had put new plaster,

I rush to nanavati hospital they said you have to do x ray to see as there is no fracture i agreed did rs 820 charged then they said a stitches is needed on the finger her father told if their is no need for stitches then don't do but they convince us for stitches. They said you can do plastic surgery in finger around rs 25000 to 30000 is required. We said we can't afford. They told ok then we will do normal stiches we agreed as we were very afraid. After three days when we went to other doctor he told no stitches was need as only skin was cut they did all wrong procedure to take money as we paid 4778 for all this. Dr. Aparna and dr. Parag. I got a sebaceous cyst excision from the scalp

Dr. Kanika vv saraf assistant present at opd had viral infection.
When the cut was made. I reminded the doctor twice about the pus going to eye it was ignored.
My neck was not kept straight and kept paining during the procedure. After repeated reminding she did not bother to keep my posture straight.
She was not answering my questions about the procedure when asked.

After the procedure she did not tell me about when was the next time i needed to shampoo or wash my hair.
Did not recommended the shampoo and
Do not tell me whether or not i need to expose it to the sun or which precautions i should take to prevent infection spreading.

When i called the hospital. Dr kanika picked up the call thrice and banged the phone. Once answering the question that i need to wash after 7 days. Very different answer from whatever. Dr. Shrusti had given.

When asked why i was not informed well.
Dr. Shrusti justified that i was not interested in knowing.

To The Executive Directors of Nanavati Hospital Dear Sir / Madam It is very sad I have to do this but I have no option and I would like you as a senior official of Radiant Lifecare to know the ground reality of what is happening at one of your Hospitals NANAVATI in Mumbai with regards to Corporate Executive Health check ups. I am the spouse of an employee at BPCL who has a Corporate tie up with your hospital for a Annual Executive Health Checkup. Since we, both myself and my spouse were due for a Health Check up we opted for Nanavati as this hospital was near to our residence and it had a very good performance record before Radiant Lifecare took over. Sorry to say paying for a health check up of that value was not worth it. Me and my spouse were not the only unsatisfied people but the whole lot of them who showed up for the check up on the 27th of Aug 2015. Everyone had some grievance or the other and were raising their voices with Ms Amrin, the administrative staff, though Ms Amrin was doing her best to organize things. There was hardly any supervision from any of your management staff other than Amrin. There were no escorts to the place of check ups like is done at other hospitals and diagnostic centers. The problem which I could summarize was the Rs 999/- basic health offer packages which the hospital had launched without doing any ground work of how much of staff they need for the process to go well. In addition people like us who had come for Health packages. Basically they could not cope up with the crowd. People from Executive Health Check ups, Basic offer health check ups and OPD were all clubbed together. To add to the woes was the breakfast served after the Fasting blood test, was not sufficient enough to get a good Post Pranidal reading of blood glucose. Quite a few people had raised their voices on this subject. Also for collection of blood during the fasting blood sugar rounds there was only one blood collector and the tokens issued were upto 50 that day. Imagine senior citizens who were left fasting till 9.30 am. For the price I paid for this annual check up the washrooms were unacceptable. There was continuous stench and no water faucets in the urinals. Me and my spouse have done our test on the 27th of August 2015. The billing dept.bill no is OPCA1516/54521. While writing this email I do not have the reference No of my spouse but till today (5 days) later I have still not received my reports from the hospital. I believe they were to be couriered yesterday. What sort of nonsense is this. Consultation with physician was done without the blood reports. When I did a check up I needed to know the status on that day itself. It is no good to get the reports with such delay, especially if there is a health issue. I personally feel that the general state govt. hospitals in Mumbai are better than yours totally disorganized. Papers are moved from one room to the other for the convenience of doctors so that they could leave the hospital early where by doing this would lead us to wait longer in the previous health check up room. I have to applaud Dr Chaudhary (excuse me if his name is spelt incorrectly) from the Stress Test Department who was very supportive and efficient in the line of duty. I do not know if the Medical council in India is aware of such ethics and practices being carried out by this hospital. But in the mean time I have informed BPCL about our horrible experience and have left it to the HR dept. to decide the next course of action. I do not know if I am being mean but facts are facts and surely this email will help you to take corrective measures for the betterment of the patients. Even at 20.00 hrs of the 1st of September the reports have not been delivered. I personally feel Nanavati should not be considered as an ISO hospital. It is a shame to have this title. Thanking you for your patient reading regards F. Cordeiro
