Nanson overseas pvt ltd is parent company for dealing in U$ dollar store with which we came into agreement with a fees of Rs. 3, 20, 000 inr.
Since beginning they have been have been acting improper as sending products as per their consent not as per order.
Our agreement terms state company was supposed to provide

1. 50% Refund for promotional expenses.
2.TRAINING FOR STAFF
3. REGULAR VISITS.br...

Want to bring your attention that, i took us dollar franchise and during initiation process they have shared very attractive offer/product but after taking and payment infact of franchise fees, they are not taking interest and not delivering the goods.

All the terms which are mentioned in their contract they are not following.

I need help to refund my franchise money with all the goods which they have given to me.
