I am ashok Parmar staying in 26, meghji vallabhdas chawl, b.s.road, dadar west, mumbai from last 57 years. I am tenant of above mention room.

Above mansion property is 120 years old, now the local authority also announced for danger. We all tenants requested for redevelopment but the landlord not take care of it.

I am a common man, I just won't save my family.

Further to informed you that we had filed case against our landlord because they're not collecting rent from tenant but in 2008-09 Court receiver hand over property to landlord, after that no one collected rent.

So I requested to you, please pass new provision or amendment in existing provision in rent and control act.

In Mumbai there is 1000 + old construction are in dangerous situation and tenant does not won't to vacated.
Landlord only thinking that if such property collapsed than whole land became empty and its easy to sell land. But what about us we are tenant staying from birth and some who purchasing from tenant but the rent receipt not in our name and landlord not issues and collect rent from tenant.

I also informed you that in Mumbai, MAHADA authority and local authority are fever to builder's and because of this problems faced by tenant.

So I requested to you take necessary steps to be taken at the earliest.

Because its good for all when he is provide free internet services, but you know that how many smalls company's are close and how many company removed his existing employ due to cost cutting (Financial problem)

On behalf of gopal pura bypass division, i one of the victim appeal you to listen our pain and provide your support. Jda has demolished our shops and homes within stay provided by the court. They demolished around 400 shops and houses without any prior notice when diwali is in next month ahead, they had not given us enough time to vacate the shops.

We have set up our business from last 30-35 years and jda has demolished everything within a day as road widening is not at all required because the road is already widened and there are no traffic jam problem over the place. Our local area mla kalicharan sharaf is involved with jda to demolish property without hearing appeal of the people. We have the required documents with us why jda and government has not questioned from last 30-35 years and why they allowed us to do business in the area which is enroached accroding to them. If the property is encroached as per jda then why have given us electricity, water supply and why all the 400 shops are paying taxes to the government without any fraud from last 35 years? Why government has not considered these points while demolishing 400 shops and not providing any compensation and rehabilition who has lost everything in this decision? Why they haven't thought about living of the people before taking such a harsh decision. People do not have amy other source of income for their livelihood because they had spent every single penny of their life in setting business. Many families along with their children are living on road from last 3 nights because they have no homes to live and no security is provided by the police during night.

Where is the government then? Why so we trust you? Why do you say everyone has right to live and freedom to do business? Why government is not taking action on the places where actually it is required to widen the road mi road, old pinkcity are the examples because they bribe the government? Why only we... It is better to shoot us before demolishing our life time savings.

We from gopal pura division begs you to take some strict action otherwise it is more easier for us to die rather than seeing our families dying for shelter, food, water and basic life necessities. Kindly provide us with full compensation and rehabilitation for the the harsh decision taken by jda that has caused severe loss to our business and families.

Hope for some favorable response otherwise we will think that jda and government has the right to enter anyone's home or business and demolish their property without any reason. Their is no use of such government and we do not want any government if this is the democracy even after several years of freedom from british rule, atleast they have ruined the life of the country rather than a community.

Why do we need 12 lanes road only for a 600 metres stretch, when there are many places in jaipur that has severe traffic problem.

The contractors are so bad that they are not providing us our salary on time, sometimes they even no give our salary for months. We are not in that conditions that we can manage our home expenditure without our salary, but no one is giving attention towards us. We provide every information to bank still they are not helpful at all.

Online transaction are sometimes could be wrong but there is no way of recovery.

I am a resident of ywca hostel in jai singh road, and since the past two days our hostel has been surrounded by thousands of people who have started to live in the footpath. These people have created the atmosphere around the hostel very unsafe. They start shouting late at night around 2 or 3, they sit on top of the buses and peek inside our rooms, and it is really unsafe to come out of the hostel late at night as all eyes are on you. With people commenting on your character

You are requested to kindly take some strict actions against them. They cook, eat in the footpath and asking they have made the footpath public toilet as a result it has started to smell.

This is saravanan from chengalpattu, chennai.in my area, the trains seems to be a major problem. All trains not coming on time...! Now, the time is 12:46 pm, date :12.09.2017. I'm waiting in railway station since 11:45pm. You can see its an hour timing and i'm still waiting for that...! I've an important appointment and no train from chengalpattu to beach. You may think its not a major problem compare to other problem but this is also a problem. I kindly request you to take speedy action against this mainly in the route:chengalpattu to chennai beach. I wanted to buy simcard by using my aadhar card but here in chennai the dsim distributer did not allow me to buy. He informed that other state aadhar card cannot be accepted in chennai to buy and activate simcard. I am from bihar and aadhar is also from bihar address.

Then is this a valid card???

Why is this bihar issued aadhar card not allowed in chennai for buying simcard?

Modi should first make a valid card then regulate it as a indian aadhar card... Other wise his thought is damn illegal and invalid in some area of his governance... Better have meeting with some skilled people for making any legal aadhar i'd.

Very much poor services of bsnl. Still not handle to dispute of data roaming from 2 days with haryana and punjab. Unsatisfactory result given by them.
Always officers of call centre say u have to wait for 4 hours from 2 days. I am using data in chandigarh but of haryana sim but due to there dispute from 2 days not able to use my dat. I have wasted my money on this and lot of time. Seriouly this type of work, not acceptable by customers of bsnl.

Yesterday i was at jaipur junction to drop my mother. As she had to catch a train jaipur to delhi double decker. We were there at 5:40am and there was no one on the platform ticket counter and there was a huge line. People were waiting for an hour to get the ticket.
And i was unable to see off my mom.
I think this encourages people to break the rules and so does the people of india are not so inclined towards following the rules.

Hello modi ji, well i wann complain about roads, when you came month ago to visit ahmedabad, which ever road u are going to visit they became new by nights nd all areas are clean and it became super clean, i wann ask are you only paying gst of all indians or public paying???

Sir our system is not helpful regarding scholarship it gives a lot of money to sons of rich business who earn crores but we the son of serviceman don't receive the amount because of income certificate only because our parents earn loyal money. Respected Sir, I herby want to inform u that I am a teacher of Don Bosco High School, Tezpur, Dist-Sonitpur, Assam.Pin-784001 have taken admission in D.El.Ed course through the online application provided by the website. But to my surprise I haven't received any enrolment no. and my name is also not found in the UDISE list received by the school as well.As per the instruction I and some of my colleagues have paid Rs 4.500.53.10/ under the UDISE code-[protected], where as at the same time some of my colleagues are provided an UDISE code-[protected] at the time of registration.Therefore, my concern is that how come the same school provided with two different UDISE code?And at the same time why the name of the teachers under the UDISE code-[protected] are not uploaded on the list??We have been trying to contact on the toll free no provided by the website which remains unreachable all the time.I request u to look over the matter as soon as possible..

I lost my mobile phone on dated-19/08/2017 at evening 8:45 p:m at seelampur someone kick me and twitch my mobile phone then, i same day lodge fir complaint nearest police station (East delhi seelampur thana) regarding lost my mobile phone but four day pass away their is no response from there side. Every day i noticed that the news channel is showing mostly negative news like (Murder, rape, kidnapping etc.) mostly"aajtak".
Sir as you better know our mind will think what we see daily. I know there are lots of crimes happening in india but mostly we should concentrate on good things first. That's s why i request you to make a rule that... No news channels are allowed to show negative news at morning atleast. Morning news should like full of positivities.
Sir, country development is mostly depends upon the education of the citizens of the country. They are doing their jobs very well but atleast they should get a appreciation by media. Nowadays it is a fashion to call 5-6 politicians of different group and make them discuss and mostly they keep on fighting in the live news channel. So its better to call some scientists, some topper students our some other prides of our country and discuss about something relevant.

I the widow of late shri shrinathsingh kusava receiving my family pension under account no.[protected]. Bank of baroda bedipara branch rajkot. Gujarat. Now the bank has blocked the account with plea that the name in bank account does not match with the name in pan card and insist to make correction in pan card. Due to this an amount about rs.15 lakh has been blocked and also the family pension being credited to this account. Sir, i humbly mention that my husband died on 03/04/2014 and so no correction in the pan card is possible. I am his widow having joint above pension account, and legally entitled to get the amount lying in this account. As no correction in pan card is possible of dead person, i request your honor for kind intervention and resolve my problem and derect the bank to release the amount.

My dad met an accident and he had to urdergo surgery process which costed me 1, 30, 000 inr. I have put a claim at esi for the same amount and gave all the documents they mentioned. I have submited the claim on sep 2016, at karamana dispensary located at karamana, trivandrum, kerala. I took the amount as loan. Now my house is at the verge of confiscation by the bank. When i asked the staff mr. Gokul, he was using harsh words to me. The docs till date is still not forwarded for claim yet from the dispensary. He asked me to go do whatever i want or go complaint. He wont do anything. Kindly help me in speeding up the process please. I am financially so worse now. This claim amount would help me a lot. Expecting a response soon.

Many call n mail send to university bt any 1 answer not giving me. After then to get refund the money so 2 month delly to me the any of reason and after than tell me 1 month admission after not given to refund. My 30k amount waste of that university. Another student of the complaint to the university that fraud university and chitted to many student. I have studying to their but not responsibility to given me to sertificate. My house is on ground floor and here is problem of leakage from first floor to ground floor, we told people who lives on first floor to repair because the leakage cause from the first floor but they ignored. We are facing the problem. So please help us.

My son is unable to take admission in akash institute (Iit-jee) course) at manjalpur branch vadodara gujarat india, due to personal reason

So we demanded the refund of so called registration charges (To book seat) amounting to rs 11500/- when we ask about the refund, they are not ready for that. No proper response till now. Two month have passed but they are only saying that it is under process. This is ridiculous how can an educational institute be money hungry...! How can they be 'shiksha lutera'

We have not taken any services so why we are force to pay any fees
And that to 11500/- a big amount for middle class family.

We have been given provisional raw receipt. We have not signed any agreement with them.

We have applied to them for refund on 24/04/17. But no response. Their callous, fees greedy staff says that every time that they will not refund any amount.

The akash management must have some ethics and shame that ensure that the students are not looted by them

Please help me to get my hard earned money back. It is seen that these people are interested in grabbing customers (Money)

If you look at the grievance 75 are pending and they least interested in solving the problem

I have applied for educational loan in bank of india for 25lakhs and provided property papers for mortgage with current sale agreement after everything went clear they are asking for a sale agreement by previous owner from whom i have purchased the land now the previous owner had purchased that land in 1980 amd its been 10 years i have purchased that land. If i'm clear with the documents how can they deny and they are also not accepting certified copy of previous sale agreement.

This is to bring in your kind attention that we are dalits and just because of this reason we are facing alot of problem here. We are surrounded from all sides there is no way to walk out from my home. We were informed that road will be provided to us but nothing as such happening could be seen.
We reached news reporters so that our issues could be heard, but it seems that their hands​ are also tied-up saying that the area belongs to dalits and is should be kept untouched.in this society 10 family are living and facing alot of problem because of the road issue. No one here is helping us sir. Infact sir, we have given letter to the district majestrate (Burdwan) regarding this problem but nothing has happen till date.

In this situation, i have my family with my old mother (70 years) she is not well most of the time and i also have no way out to take her to the doctor when needed.
So, in this case if some misfortunate thing happens to my old mother and to my family then who will taking the responsibility. You can come to the place and see the situation. Infact the local party prevailing​ are taking blaming that we are supporters of bjp so our issues should be suppressed. We are facing very tough situation and we are not able to find way out.

Therefore i seek help from your side regarding this situation. It would be very grateful if you help us in this situation.

I am from andhra pradesh. P. Sarath ap epass no[protected]. I completed my graduation in jntuv from[protected]. Every year the scholor​ of rs9620 (Bc scholar) + rs.1540 will be released. We had got only one year 1540 and 3 years rs9620 but in website of ap epass exam fee is being released and send to treausery but it is not being remmited to student bank accounts.
One day i went and asked he said"by this april you will be getting your money" but it didn't yet. Then after again i went back and had asked him about same. He replied it will return back for every year, so now you will be getting only final years scholar i. E only 1540 instead of your 3 years remaining.

Even the last year scholar also looking same. Send to treausery but not remitted in bank accounts.

Dear sir,
I am the resident of mumbai living in a large old society in santacruz east. My exact address is c4, parkbay society, cst road, kalina, mumbai 400098.
The entrance to our society has a bumpy broken road. The road is not developed for 10 years the reason for non development of road is not financial crisis as we society members are ready to get it repaired at our own cost as 6 societies are affected by this.
The problem is that on one side of our road a person name ram harad prasad kanujia lives with his family and he claims that the road belongs to him and a part of our society compound also belongs to him. The most amazing thing is he has even got legal papers made for the same which seems to be original and accepted by court so he has got a stay which states that we cannot make road. He does not even allow us to clean the drains. Our beautiful society is surrounded by dirty drains bad roads.
This is height of corruption that such people can get legal papers too. We have approached muncipal corporators, collectors, mumbai police commissioner priya dutt, poonam mahajan but no action was taken. Forget taking action till now no one is able to trace the people involved in municipality making these forged papers.
He definitely does not own that place because he came in our society as an iron man a navy captain swaminathan got him to give him some employment. He first started claiming that our whole society belongs to him so we society members took a decision to not give him space for ironing in society. After which he went on the road which connects us to main road slowly gradually made papers and captured the area.
We are fighting this case for 20 years we all are working and we are civilized and decent people we cannot go down to his level imagine fighting to have access to our road.
Some corrupt builders have also joined hands with him he has managed to get many flats in those buildings of those builders. He got a license of wine shop, too and he runs a wine shop in residential area and those drunkers and his sons trouble the girls coming back from work not too late this nuisance begins early at 8.30 pm.
We are fed up at present there is a warrant issued in his name and he is not there for 6 months in short he ran away
But this does not help us as his sons are equally strong enough not to allow us to make road and his son is also on pay roll. We are eagerly waiting for a reply this is really important and urgent please help us we cannot move out of our houses after 7.00pm and day time is equally unsafe
