Nasaka Complaints & Reviews

Few month back I have purchased Nasaka xtra sure purifier. Now membrane need to be change then I called customer service then I realised such a disgusting company. Zero customer service. They do not have membrane, they are providing one person number when I called that person he provide another number. When I called that number he provide another number. Finally membrane not available. I wasted my money. So want to highlight do not purchase Nasaka product.

Very pathetic product and service. I have nasaka ro 24x7 for 2 years and in 2 years i have issue with ro 10-12 times and they charge for this... Ro price 8500 and in two years i had to spend 10-15 thousand in repairing with one year free service warranty. And every time you complain... There is no any time table for engineer to visit.. Customer care give time for 24-48 hrs but engineer comes after 48 hrs.. And in this 48 hrs mean time you have to drink dirty water according to them and got sick.. It happens many time...

I have purchased the Water Purifiers but when it installed its not working I have complain many time to call center of Nasaka but not any engineer come to repair it.

I had complain many time in call center i got only same reply ho jayega, karva dega. I try to call [protected] but not able to attend my call.

I request you please solve my issue ASAP
