My vehicle and another person vehicle has same vehicle registered number . whenever that person do violate laws i get the challan to pay please solve my problem. i mention his bike and his photo in add photos section. and also my scooter photo i am scared that in future if that person do crime i will have to pay huge amount please resolve

On sept 28 2019 i got a message from maharashtra traffic police at 11:27 am (E - challan no-nkccm[protected]) and 11:37 am (E-challan no-nkccm[protected]) for not wearing helmet and voilation of signal respectively as my vehicle was parked at my home it is not possible to occur with my vehicle, at that particular time my two wheeler was parked at my residence (Vehicle no - mh15gb8663) and i was in my office with my car the evidence images...
