My name is gunasekaran, nethella i had trusted ur firm and i had taken little nathella gold scheme 5 years saving plan
For 30 months all the payable instalments are paid. We had taken this scheme for the sake of jewellery for my daughter, money was paid with lot of difficulties, suddenly you people closed the shops without any intimation to us. Please let me know if anyone aware any additional information.

I had joined the monthly gold saving scheme with nathella jewellers at their hosur branch. After having paid rs.5000 per month for 11 months, and upon maturity i approached the shop for redemption. The shop was empty and no ornaments except a few silver things were there. The shop manager said it is due to some gst problem and the items are expected during 20th september 2017. I ordered for gold coin since there are no ornaments. But even after that they could not deliver the coins till today (03-nov-2017). Now the shop is totally closed and there is no one to respond. I do not know how to approach this matter.

I've invested in 11 months scheme in nathella t. Nagar. And i paid by online 11 months are over, i'm unable to contact them. Nor did they offer any explanation. Id like to file a complaint. Now i call them and get the same reply, come after 2 weeks, have been hearing for the past 4 weeks. A very close sister's wedding is coming up, and i depended the scheme.

I joined the nsc zero% jewellery purchase plan of rs.5000/- for 11 months group commenced from march 2016 and it is matured on may 2017.
But to my surprise and shock the jewellery shop expressed their inability to settle the plan immediately and told me to order the ornament towards my chit plan and told me to wait for another 40 days.
Accordingly i ordered a chain during june 2017. But it is unfortunate that the jewellery shop has neither settled the chit nor did they arrange for the jewel i ordered so for.
In the meantime the jewellery shop has given public notice in the english daily, the hindu dated 24/10/2017 have stated that inability to settle the chits amount due to cash crunch.
In view of the above, i request your intervention and action to get the refund of the chit amount from the jewellery firm.

I have send the above messasge from my fb only on 30.10.2017 nathella fb presuming that it shd. Be genuine. As i never suspected them till the (23.10.17) media news about the fraud since my last payment was on 30.9.2017 at t nagar branch thro card payment. I am ashamed of my self as this fraud process was evolving in through past 6 months. I worry only about my daughter's marriage savings has become unfruitful because of believing such fake credential personality owned organisations.

I have joined nathella double protection gold plan scheme by sep 2016 and i have paid 11 months payments. Each month i have to paid rs. 5000/- and paid the same. Now the nathella jewellery has closed their branches and now i don't have any answer or anything how am i going to get my amount back or gold. Request you to register my complaint and do the needful.

We have been investing on a 11 month gold saving scheme since august 2016 (Hosur branch).
Without any prior intimation now the shop is closed. Been a customer of nathella since 2008 this is very disappointing and heart breaking as its our hard earned money. Being a customer we feel that we should have been informed about the closure or any backup plan.

We have been paying rs. 2, 000 per month in their monthly installment scheme for the gold jewellery / coin. We have completed a total of 39 months totaling to inr 78, 000. The last installment we have paid on 30th sep 2017 vide receipt no. 129573 through their online transaction. Now with so many complaints raising against the nathella jewellery on the closing of shops etc.. We went to the velachery showroom and found the showroom is closed and not functioning. Can anyone guide us the next steps towards the recovery of this from nathella shop.

I have invested in gold savings 11months scheme and i paid all my dues and it gets over on july2017. I placed order for bangles in the month of may 2017 because there is no gold in that shop they said you place order now we will deliver in the month of july that time my chit will also gets over. But till today (24.08.17) they didn't give the bangles and they don't have silver also. They refuse to return my cash also.

I have been investing natella jewellery gold scheme for 3 yrs now and when its time to buy gold after these days of hard investment i have been said that they do not have gold and only buy silver and diamond.

All the chennai showroom do not have gold.

Its a scam and they have taken all my 3 yrs of investment and went away with the promise they have made....

I purchased gold for my marriage on July 2010. NAC has advertised that Rs.1000 off for each 8gms of gold. Due to actor Vivek advertised this Nathella Jewellery, we visited the shop. But they charged 19 to 21% wastage for each gm and they didn't do any extra discount at all. When compare with other shop, actually they charged 12 to 14% wastage after Rs1000 discount. For name sake they advertised Rs1000 discount and charged 19 to 21% wastage, which is equal to 12 to 14% wastage.

Since we spend whole day to choice the jewels, we didn't have chance to leave the shop and do purchase in another shop, so we paid all the amount, what are asked.

They created a big problem in calculating the total amount, which made me to pay extra Rs7000.
Even though they charged high, the quality of the gold is worst.

With in one month, my wife necklace was broken and fell down in the road, luckly we got it, but 1grm part of the necklace has missed in the road. Silver leg chain also become very black in 6 months.
Finally the gave very very bad quality mangal sutra ( mangalayam ), with in 6 months my wife's mangalyam has damaged. Which cannot be changed or removed. I don't know what to do with this shop.
