First I paid 32050 then I paid 15000 for commercial charge and then I paid 24000 for NOC charged and then I paid 10000 for bank charge please help me

First the representative asked me for registration fees 1150 for Vodafone tower installation on my open plot then he asked for NOC charges 18800 then 40000 govt tax. I paid first 2 amounts.
