Hi All, please never ever take a loan from them, they will harass you constantly and the worst is they wont stop especially on messages - one representative all day troubled me with messages and call, i requested for a late payment due to my job loss and he worried me soo much, it was a NIGHTMARE -

Dear I didn't apply for loan but a massage received for your side as ammont successfully approved what's going wrong please resolve the issue as soon as possible make immediately action for it please 1st screenshot attached above it
And I panicaly goto playstore for downloading(not that link I received)what's going on your navi app 1st time when I enter mobile Number and suddenly showing as all details pre-filled errors comes on screenshot that one is 2nd screenshot attached below please resolve the issue as soon as possible details are attached below please resolve the issue as soon as possible

The above said company has providing online personal loans to general people's on the basis of there cibil score.
I have already got loan from this company and paid all loan before date.

Recently, i got nodification from same company that you have 4 lac loan offer, as I have some requirements near about 150000 loan tried to get it by same rate as earlier (13% approx) but this time they provide it on 15.75%.
Hence due to higher interest cancelled my decision, and tried to add employer details for getting some rate discount but it's also not worked so I uninstalled the app from my phone.

After some day yesterday dt. 30.08.2022 again installed this app to checking for interest rates revised or not, after login the app showcasing same ongoing 4 lacs offer on app.
I have just clicked the option and without any OTP approval the loan amount disbursed in my account and there were not taken any approval or concent on EMI selection repayment term nothing.

The company is doing false practices and using people's confidential data for disbursement o[censored]nwanted loans to peoples.

Request you to please take some action against

It's been 7 months I have cleared all my due but they still not updated my CIBIL and I cannot get any financial offers due to this irresponsible company....
