However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I have ordered a book from nbcindia and although it should be delivered a week ago I have not recieieved anything. In addition the order is vansihed from their website and although I have sent four complaint emails they have not replied. The big problem is their custoner service which is unacceptable. This is the third time I have ordered a book from them and is the second time that I face a problem. Obviously I will not order again and further...
