Applied for the new connection 3wks ago after reminding many times over ph. Or in the Ballygunge branch office there is no proper response by the office staff even they have lost my applied form and still be having so rude and uncooperative. Office staff is very careless and rude to the customer of yours. I am going to switch to HP Gas after this bad service of yours and your staff.

Delivery guy habib demanded extra rs.20 as delivery fee. When we denied he said he will deliver old, dented or used gas cylinders only. Last month cylinder last for 19 days only. This month we booked it on 1st of february and he deliver it today. We are very unhappy with this delivery guy. Nedus distributors should not keep delivery boy like this. Distributors should not send used cylinders to the customers.

I have applied for new gas connection at an Indane Gas distributors (Nedus Distributors ) on 14.02.17 vie reference no.: N170214140439404924481 and I did online payment on 24.02.17 for new gas cylinder. I got the order no. [protected] with which I visited Nedus distributors office on 4.03.17. They told me that their staff will visit my house next week for inspection and after that they will provide me cylinder. But even after 19 days nobody visited my house and when I am following them up over phone then they are abusing me and telling that why I have done online payment. They are are also telling me that they will not give the cylinder whatever I do. Have I done a mistake by paying online ? Is this the new way of cheating customer. Please help me to either get a cylinder or my money back.

DELIVERY OF GAS , REPLIED FROM YOUR DEPT. THAT BOOKING IS



NOT DONE. AGAIN I BOOKED ON 01.04.11 AND THEY ASSURED ME

THAT WITHIN 2 OR 3 DAYS I WILL GET THE GAS. BUT I AM STILL

WAITING FOR THE GAS CYLINDER . PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY

ACTION AND ARRANGE TO SEND THE CYLINDER IMMEDIATELY.


IN FUTURE, PLEASE AVOID THIS TYPE OF HARASSMENT.

This is with regards to the supply of cylinder,
Sir we had booked the cylinder on[protected], it was told that we will be reciving it in 12 days when we did not recive the gas even on[protected] we called up and they said it was already delivered, we went to the office in ballygunge when asked they very rudly said go you will get it tomorrow.We told them it happens always they never bothered and rudely asked us to go.If we try to speak more they say that our connection will be cancelled.
Sir if this is the type of service we get what do u suggest us to do.
Hope u take action against these type of enterprises who spoil the name of the product.
