The great organization NEKRTC provided Toilet facility to the passengers which is great initiative . But where as the labour engaged is collecting Rs.5.00 for urinals also. Unfortunately we found a board at entrance that urinals free and Rs.5/- for toilets .He is using unparliamenary language and abusinh When I asked the same thing. Please take care and provide minimum facilities to the passengers....

Sir, i wasl traveling from bijapur to illkal morning arround 8:am 27/2/2020 sindhnor bus. Bus nom. Ka28f2478.
Bus was full more than 10to15 people were in standing. There is a no place in bus still conductor stoping bus every where. He was speaking very aggressive manner. Using volgur language bcz of change not given. N also we asked him there is a no place in bus y r u taking so many customers then he started shouting. Very disappointed...
