I applied a loan in neo fincorp on july, 2020. First they asked me to pay loan processing fees of rs.2, 950/- after i received loan approval letter. They asked me to pay Rs. 15812/- as loan approval charges. I paid loan approval charges also. Totally i paid rs.18, 762/- rupees.
After that they send me legal documents.in legal documents i can't provide solvency certificate. HDFC branch manager told we can't...
