I had purchased under construction property Neptune developers Limited (Neptune Swarajya, Flat no. 705, Building 5, Sector 1, Ambivali) and the registration of the said property was done in 2012. I have paid 100% amount to the builder as when I received demand letter. However, I still have not received the possession. I tried calling them, sent several emails but no response.

I have registered one 2 BHK flat inRamrajya Project of Neptune Developers Limited in Ambivili during September 2018 on subvention scheme. About 40% of value of flat has been has been disbursed to the Builder bythe bank by the end of June 2019 and since than the construction is stalled. As committed by the builder, the pre-emi amounts deducted by the Banks are not reimbursed by the Builder and finally the builder is completely avoiding the home buyers and no movement in the construction. The home buyers including myself are in trauma as every month Bank is deducting the pre-emi amount and the builder is avoiding the customers and not reimbursing the amounts. day by day the due from the builder is piling up and by february 21, the reimbursement due is about 35000/- for me.

The builder is luring the home buyers with brouchers and false commitments. Please help in getting the reimbursements from the Builder urgently.
