Netflix is playing a scam with its customers. I am subscribed to Netflix via my Jio postpaid connection. But netflix changed my registered email id to [protected]@alon3.tech and now I am not able to login to my netflix account and cannot unsubscribe it while it bill is charged to my mobile number account. I asked netflix customer care to help me to get my email id corrected but they are not helping at all. This scam is run by Netflix only and thats the way your account is locked and keep charged in every month bill in Jio. I claim from Netflix my 2 month jio post paid bill to be paid by Netflix. Otherwise next option is I will go to court.

    Please censor sex scenes and erotic content from these mentioned web series. It has become a constant reason for women being abused by men sexually and also marriages are breaking cuz of all the cheating that is shown in these series. There is no need to show nude scenes or sex scenes in a series which has a good story line. Why do you have to show so much sex, sex and sex. I am disgusted with such kind of content. This is not Indian culture. Please remove such content and then publish.

      Subscription cancellation without customer consent

      Reached out to netflix chat agent regarding payment issues and the agent said the payment is pending. Told the agent that the payment is gone through from my bank and he said it ll take 8 days to reflect. Told t refund if thats the case and he said it cant be cancelled coz of pending payment.
      Later i got email that the payment is received and then auto cancelled without my consent
      lost my 649 paid to netflix...

      Netflix has been automatically renewing my subscription by deducting 499/- from my account without my authorisation. When I contacted customer services they offered to cancel my subscription when what i require is a full refund.

          For the web series SHE season 2 were in episode no1, the producer imtiyaz ali and the director asif ali had specifically and intentionally portrayed our community in a disgraceful manner.
          In episode 1 showed a Man name 'Ismail' who is the owner of a prostitution cartel is dressed up in the attire that our community men dress up in while getting the third degree from the police. Throughout the scene they show women 'supposedly' from the dawood bohra community, again in the attire that are worn by the women in our community.
          Plz take this matter seriously Or we have to submit this in legal litigation..
          For your publicity and entertainment, you all had taken religious sentiments into this..is not proper. This should be rectify and cut had scene from the episode 1
          Yes i absolutely agree. The first episode is absolutely cheap and shows so much sex and prostitution. Do you know that these kind of series are making things worse for married women? Men want to have sex all the time watching this disgusting series. The women are beaten up if they don't provide men with what they want. Also, men are now cheating more on women because of such ideas that are shown. what is the necessity to show so much of erotic content? I am with you on this please lodge a legal complaint against this series and also Sacred games. As if only Muslims are involved in such cheap activities.

            The Series on Netflix 'She', season 2 first episode has specifically and intentionally portrayed our community in a disgraceful manner. Dawoodi Bohra's around the globe have a reputation of peace loving and law abiding citizens.

            The Man name 'Ismail' who is the owner of a prostitution cartel is dressed up in the attire that our community men dress up in while getting the third degree from the police. Throughout the scene they show women 'supposedly' from the dawood bohra community, again in the attire that are worn by the women in our community.

            We believe this is done deliberatley to harness and hurt the sentiment of the people of the Dawoodi Bohra community.

            A humble request to take action against the said authorities and have the scene removed from the netflix series.

              The Netflix series SHE has a negative character wearing a religious attire of Dawoodi Bohras a global peace loving community . The character is seen getting 3rd degree treatment from Police while wearing the religious attire and that shows the community in the bad light specially when this attire is a global identity of this community.                       Twice deduction

                      On 1st March I had my service plan recharged. But netflix deducted twice the service pack amount. 1st payment is from UPI with UPI reference id[protected] and 2 payment is from card which is completed but UPI PAYMENT IS CANCELLED so please REFUND MY Amount Rs 499

                      Dear Team,

                      I had brought my new Vodafone Idea connection with Redx plan somewhere in Jun-2020. Which had come with 1 year Netflix subscription. However, I changed my plan after 6 months and had also requested to deactivate all services.

                      Netflix is still levying charges of 799 Rs every month without my consent. Who the ### is activating this service on my number?

                      Why the hell I am not being asked for this and getting bill of 799 every month.

                          I saw an ad of netflix saying that "try us free for 30 days! You won't be charged until after your free month..." but they charged me and when i am asking for refund they said that i am not eligible for the free trial. I was not told the reason for not eligible. Also the customer care advisor told me that there is no way i can check whether or not i am eligible for a free trial.

                                No security or help from NETFLIX. They took away my account even after payment. Nothing was done after reporting. On the contrary they are asking for my credit card information online so that they can fraud me further. They should be penalised for taking no action and further trying to defraud the customer.

                                    Netflix India randomly removed free trial and charged my credit card without my consent. When I reached out to customer service they cancelled my account - which immediately revoked my viewing access. The charged me for full 1 month and refused me a refund. Not only this they revoked my viewing access before ending of 30 day period even when I was billed for full amount!

                                    Customer services is nightmare full o[censored]nscrupulous agents. They put my call on hold indefinitely and refused to talk to me.

                                    Netflix is cheating Indian consumers. They cant get away with such practices in USA or Europe. But do this illegal activity only in India

                                      Netflix is cheato people by taking the credit card details and debiting the subscription amount without the consent of the credit card holder. I have registered on netflix for free subscription of one month but after one month my credit card is debited for rs 499 without my consent and when i got the statement of my credit i called up customer care which simply refused to refund the amount. Netflix has adopted wrong process of acquiring the credit card details at the time of registration and further debiting the subscription amount without proper consent. They should be taking the credit card details once the free subscription time of one month is over like all other online companies are doing.

                                        Netflix has wrongfully deducted amount from my card bypassing the rbi norms of 2 factor authentication and since last 2 months they are just not refunding back my amount of rs.799/. They just do not have any escalation matrix displayed on their website. This is a complete fraud that they are playing with all indian consumers, when asking they just say that there is some issue with the refund and will take time. It has been over 2 months now still they do not have any confirmation. Even when asking for details of refund initiated by them they just come up with a story and ignore the question. This is a huge huge fraud played by netflix, and when i searched online i see that lot of people like me have been victims of this foulplay. Please take some actions or else companies like this will loot indian consumers. I have all the saved chats from netflix which i can share. Please take some action.

                                          I started watching netflix and enrolled for 1 month free subscription and on completion of one month my credit card account deducted by 499/- without my permission. I haven't received any otp neither l entered the cvv no. According to rbi guidelines there is two factor authentication by entering cvv and otp before any transaction being done through credit card. This is totally wrong and against the law. I haven't received any message from netflix that your one month is over your payment is due, would you like to continue or not.

                                            I can download web series and movies in morning on Netflix in evening I can see my download is empty then I can call to Netflix customer care and Netflix customer care executive Raj ask me you can reinstall application if any problem again then call, I can reinstall then same problem and again call and the Netflix customer care executive payal ask I don't have any solution please download again then question to her I can pay you subscription fees and other I can use my data and wifi data why we can faith on you and then I can ask please refund my money back and she says this money is refund with 30 days I am ask why you can deduct my money with in second and refund me in 30 days why but still she not given me any answer and phone will be cut. I think Netflix make fraud and earning from both side with make this fraud all downloads is empty
                                            I have recharged my broadband with 15 Mbps Unlimited Internet plan, but the speed which I receive is about 10-20 kBps which sometimes goes as low as in Bytes.

                                              I am rohit sharma ([protected]) from india. Netflix have started premium plan ($14.99/month) without my permission. And deducted my money from my bank account. They have details of my bank account and card because of my earlier membership plan. I had been unsubscribed netflix premium plan long time ago. But suddenly yesterday they activated my premium plan and deducted my money. How can they do this without my permission. Now i want my money back in my account and i want an immediate action on this.

                                                There is a account corners page in insta which is selling the netflix accounts for low price and cheating the consumers and they are even cheating the company itself by buying the netflix at cheaper hacking method. They are taking the money and cheating the consumer and they are using instagram as thier platform for this kinda issues. Solve this problem or else i will contact my nearest police station
                                                I subscribed for the trial one month version of netflix and before the complition of one month i unsubscribed the account .After 2 months Rs.569 deducted from account to the netflix account without my consent .

                                                I emailed Netflix regarding this issue and till date the company not even ready to respond to my complaint .
                                                Netflix hijacks personal data by not letting me delete my billing information despite being in the free period. I installed it today 29/08/2019 and changed my mind. However it's not letting me delete my card details.

                                                  Netflix has been collecting credit card and debit card numbers for payment for its fees although it claims that the first month is supposed to be free.

                                                  This has resulted in forcing people to share their card numbers even if they are reluctant. This goes against the common norm and practices in india, where much of the transaction is through netbanking at the wish of the customer. Although the provider can charge late payment fees.

                                                    I would like to know why you took off season 3-6 of glee off of netflix. It is pointless to have 2 seasons of a show on. When it is one that good. Every season ends on a clif hanger. Expically when it ends on a clif hanger. Please take my complaint seriously and consider putting 3-6 back on netflix. Wishing you the best and happy halloween.

                                                    Its annoying and sad that even after being charged for a subscription amount the activation of the account did not take place and finally giving up on the account asked for an refund which says it will take 30 business days which is abnoxious in a time of digital age where amounts should be credited in max 48 hours
