I not surprised that the quality of product but I didn't get get a specified product that shown in image & this bag small hol ABHILASHA, your order NNEBMY377668 from NETXECOM is on its way with Blue Dart and AWB [protected]. It will reach you by 30th July 2022 so regarding this I returned the order and claim for refund

It is defective and not working at all

Hi, i placed order Home G multi purpose hold-in-place with order NNEBMY371704 from NETXECOM for Rs.599/- on 20.7.2022 i received the order today 27.7.2022 . the rough product which i have received & sum or damage and size of the hold-in- place is so small that we can not use properly & price also to much for this. so please i request to refund my amount. i don't want this product.

A product was ordered which was (pack of 2) ×3...but only a single pack of the has been delivered and there has been no response from the support team on this issue..highly disappointed by the service and false deliveries

Hi! Ive recently purchased a magic foldable hangers. It costed ₹719/- which when came doesn't even is worth of ₹300.
Please do the needful to return the product and refund the amount.

I had ordered Washing Machine Drum Cleaning Washer Tablets - 10 Nos on Facebook advertisement of NETXECOM on[protected]. The items were sent to me vide Invoice No Retail371922 dt[protected] under Order # NNEBMY283022 and were received through Bluedart Couriers on[protected] in a very bad condition. The package contained all the tablets crushed except 3-4 which, too are of very poor quality.
As the tablets cannot be used, it is requested that the same may be got picked up (as return pickup) and amount oy Rs 499/- refunded to me at the earliest.

Product received is not according to the advertising. We have got wrong colour and low quality product which goes against the advertising shown while purchasing online. I demand refund for payment done on this low quality bag.

I have purchased 2 nos of magic foldable hangers and paid Rs.719/- for the same. Yesterday, the shipment arrived with only one hanger. I could not find the sellers credentials on the web to raise a complaint or call them to inform the same.

Sir/ Madam,
I ordered 3 bags in green and received 3 navy blue. The design shown is absolutely different from the product received.
Earlier I ordered the same product from 2 different company’s, I received the same product . Why do you show the product and send something different.
Help me way forward. Return and you will send the one I ordered or you will pay back . I am ready to receive the same product as advertised and marketed . Way forward???
