New Manikandan Ladies Hostel Complaints & Reviews

We vaccate from hostel on mid of march month due to covid19 issue. We are staying in our home from mid of march month. They asked full amount rent amount 6000 rupees for april month and also they said 2000 rupees will be reduced on may month. So we paid the full amount for the april month. This may month they asking for 2500 rupees. Sum of the april and may month rent 8.5 k divided by 4.25 k for luggage for each month is too much. For our luggage they asking this much amount. We are ready to pay 2500 rupees for luggage even though its costly. But still they asking this much amount from us. April month they did not reduced also. Hostel owner has political background if we complaint to police also he will tackle. Kindly help us i have raised this complaint behalf of all girls. Applicable for all branches.

I'm staying in a working women's pg. My room has no proper roof, sometimes rat would come in. I share bathroom with 7 girls. Rent is 6000.
Somehow we are managing to stay, because other pg is omr is worst compared to this.

Recently owner placed 3 beds in hall and that space is also occupied now. Saying us to share bathroom with those 3 girls too. When we raise our concern they shout back at us.
