When i bought my phone, I also registered an insurance for my phone with this company. I broke my phone and now its been 3 months since i gave them my phone for repairing. They are saying that they will give my phone in a week from like 2 months and i still don't have it. when i called them today, they said that they are not sure whether i will get it back or not....

worst mobile insurance company. i give my sony handset for repair on 8/08/2014. company executive said that my handset would be get repaired in 15 days. but till today 06/12/2014. my handset was not recieved yet. i call company many times but they gave me false excuses....
