I was the employee of Newgen Software Technologies Ltd. I resigned from there by 28/dec/2009. After few months i applied from PF withdraw and send all the essential papers to Delhi PF office. Dear Concerned,
I was Employed in Newgen Software Technologies LTD, Newdelhi.
They have a component in Salary named ASR(Annual Service Reward) .which is around 3330 Rs. per month.(40000 Rs Yearly)
After 7 months Newgen has removed this component from salary structure.
but for the 7 months Newgen has already cut this amount from my salary.
Now the total amount is 23330 Rs.
