My name kumar from bangalore. I was looking for home based data entry work. So i see an advertisement on quiker.com for home-based data entry work and applied accordingly. A few days after, i received a msg from nexgen company, that my resume is selected and the company’s representative by the name of “sujatha” (Mobile number = [protected]) is going to coordinate with me and a data entry work is uploaded to me. As guided by this representative i continued data work which was a pdf to word typing work. And after submission, the msg received to my mobile from companies side that the work scored 90.01% whose salary will be 54620/-.  simultaneously i contacted the representative (“sujatha”) for my salary. Now she told me there is rs 6262/- tax i have to pay for getting this salary as this is a us job. Which i requested her, to deduct the amount from my salary and return me the rest money? But strangely she told me that this is not possible. I have to pay the money early and later she will add this taxable amount with my salary, which was paid by me on 16th feb 2021.  from that i was doing followup with this person, every day she was postponing to tomorrow. Yesterday she told to pay additional tax amount of rs. 3900, so that she can process the salary within 1 hour.. Which was paid again yesterday. Till late evening no salary received. Today again she is asking for rs. 3100 to process for the salary. I denied to pay. I have done very hard work to finish the job. And now after that, they are providing a fraudulent approach for taking money from me. This is a pure fraud case and must to screen by law acts. I am looking for my salary and looking for a consumer case against nexgen and against miss sujatha. & miss jayanti

They provide some pics, I done with 91% accuracy and received a message like you earned 50000 as a salary, but they ask me to pay 8000 for tax

Hey everyone i was also employed by this fake company and told to fill 650 forms in 6 days and per day i managed to do a 100 forms but on day i receive an email that my account has been blocked due to session time out and they said you have to pay 8000 to restart your work otherwise you have to pay 5000 to cancel the agreement. Which i didn't pay and they send a fake fir and fake court case on my sms which i saw and got scared then my mother...

I got call from this company name nexgen services and offered me part time data entry online job. I agreed to work with them and they set me agreement and ask me to register online in their website, after setting date of work they ask me to login and do data entry entry job as they sent demo work photos in email. On the working day i tried to login and was unable to enter due to some error so i tried to login from another device and they blocked my account by saying i have break rules and i called them and ask to solve my issue and they said u will get call from us soon.. By the end of 4days i got no call from then so i called them again and the person on the phone said you have to pay 8000 to solve your issues as i have already break rules. I had not even started my work and they are asking me to pay huge money.. And now they are threatning me that they will sue me in court if im not paying them... Sir there is already so many complaints about this nexgen scam registered and all are students.. Please do something for students we all are being scammed by some money making frauds.. Please resolve our problems

Sir, mujhe 19.10.19 ko iss company se call aya ki, wo home based online work provide krate hai, so maine registration ke liya apni id proff and signature de diya or jaise hi maine unko apne documents diye, fir unka no. Band ho gya maine no bhut baar try kiya but baat nhi ho payi or aaj subha mujhe kisi ka fon aya or uss bande ne bola ki, wo vadodara court se bol rha hai or aapke naam ka court me case aaya hai or agar aap isse bachna chahte hai to aapko 15, 435/- dene padenge nhi to aapko notice aayega fir aapko pakadne police aayegi, mai bhut dara hua hua hu, sir mai kya karu.. Please meri madad kijiye..

Hi i am avijit. I got a call from nexgen services for a form filling job of 650 forms in 6days for each form they will pay me 28 rupees with 90 percent accuracy. After that they told their terms and conditions that after completing the work they will deduct 4999 as their registration charge from my first salary. Then they signed me in a aggrement and said that they have sent me a i'd and password which i have to use to do my work and asked me when i am going to start the work. Today is my working day started and i didn't get my i'd and password and then i started investigation on this company and i found that this is a fraud company and in consumer complaints website their are many cases registered on this company. After that i realise i am in a mess. So guys plz help me out from this.

Nexgen services fraud company. They took my 16000 and said you will get your money when you will complete your work. After completing work they said. You didn't achieve 90%accuracy. You will not get your money and you have to pay 5000 for noc.

Ye ek fraud company hai. 25 oct ko vijay naam se inke ek executive ka mere pass call aaya aur kha hamare pas form filling job haind apko 6 days me 650 forms fill karne honge nd apka no. Quicker se mila hai kya ap job me intrested hai to maine puchha ki koi adv. Reg. Fee hai kiya unhone bola nahi bt jo apki salary banegi usme se 5000 rs. One tym deduct ho jayenge maine bola ok iske baad usne msg me ek link bheja nd mail pr meri ek id mangi maine bhej di fr usne ek legal agreement mail kiya nd bola ki is pr work start date, photo nd sign upload krke bhejiye maine bola ki mai agreement read kr lun bt unhone bola jb tk ap photo nd sign upload nahi krenge agreement upload nahi hoga aur mujhse contract bhi sign kra liya maine 26 oct. Se work start karna chaha bt unki site properly work hi nahi kr rahi thi nd jb maine us executive ko call ki to ph. S. Off helpline no. Bhi s. Off 26 se 30oct tk continue s. Off tha bht mushkil se 30 oct tk mere 200 ke kareeb form fill huye nd jb 31oct ko jb maine us executive ke no. Pr fr se call ki to usne phn pick kiya nd bola ap help line pr bt kariye apko aur tym mil jayega jb maine helpline pr call ki to usne bht hi rudely way me bt ki bolne laga bs apko hi prblm ayi first tym hamare hazaron employee hain kisiko prblm nahi ayi nd kaha ki apki koi help nahi krenge ap apne hisab se kaam kr lijiye ab aur phn cut kr diya call kiya uske bd site to chali bt kaam poora hone se pahle hi workload hona bnd ho gaya nd last date bhi fnsh ho gyi.. Mujhe doubt hua maine online search kiya tb maine iss company ke against sari complaints aaj dekhi.

Abhi mujhe koi call nahi aya bt ab mujhe lag bhi sbhi ki tarah threat krenge nd rs. Maangenge. Legally contract bhi sign kraya in longo ne.

Plzz suggest me ab mai kya karun. Maine neeche legal agreement ki copy attched ki hai plz mujhe bataye ki ye agreement authenticate hai ya nahi nd online iss agreement ki authenticity kaise check kr sakte hai.

They offered me a form filling job, where i had to fill 650 forms within 7 days. However, due to some server issue, i was logged out, when i logged in, they blocked my id, to get it invoked again they asked me to pay rs. 8000 which was supposed to be refundable, i paid the amount, and server got down again the next day. This time i called them to look into the issue, they told me to follow some steps in the browser, which i did, in spite of that they blocked my id and asked me to pay rs. 8000 again.
I told them i don’t want to do this fraudulent job, for which they asked me to pay rs. 5000 more.

Now they keep calling and threatening me to pay the remaining amount, else they will lodge the fir. Please help me, i’m a student and can’t pay any such irrelevant amount.
I want to get my money back, can this company be stopped from doing such illegal activities to others?

ye address diya in frauders ne apna.. inhone cheat kiya kaam bhi nikl waliya mjhse or payment bhi nhi di mjhe bolte hum apki payment main se registration charges deduct krenge phir apko remaining salary denge cheaters & layers mera itna time waste kiya fraudsters...
legally contract bhi sign krwaya mjhse but that was totally fake a copy of the contract is attached with this complaint..

They are bloody # they called me and told me are u looking for a job or job change. I said yes then they told me that it's a work from home based job are u comfortable. I told them yes. And afterwards they told me that u have to fill the form of bank members and this is confidential and u cannot open the work from from phone. And then they send me a link in my gmail account and then i opened it and i got a message of activation. Then i clicked it and they asked me my gmail id my signature my photo so i send them all then i was a member of there company as i got this kind of message in my gmail account. Then i got a message that from which day are u interested to start a work. And some lady was saying to me your words are recording. Then i clicked from next day. After that then i got the work to fill a form of 650 people in 6 days and if i refuse to do that they will take the registration money from me so i agreed. So i started the work from next day so i was able to fill 65 forms in total in one day. Then other day when i opened the gmail account from laptop i got a message that i am not a member of the company and i was really dissatisfied that what i have done. And then some technical person from that company told me that u logined from your phone also so ur account have been deactivated i[censored] want to rejoin u have to give 799 and i[censored] don't won't to work u have to pay 5000 rupees i was shocked and they were blackmailing me that i[censored] will not give money we will complain to court. So i stopped receiving there call afterwards.

Vikram Sarabhai Road, Vadodara, Gujarat - 390023) appointed me for data entry jobs, i had completed the work of 650 forms data entry on time and iam 100 % sure that all of my entered data is correct because along with me my 4 friends were sitting with me and we were checking 3-4 times all forms before submitting and i had completed work on time but they send a QC report that ur 117 forms were incorrect, they are fraud, i had seen many complaints against then and in those complaint many people has also got same no. of incorrect form, when i ask them show me my incorrect from they said that its confidential we can't show, you have to pay 5000 registeration amount or u can pay 15000 and buy that correct pannel and correct ur mistake and ur 15000 will get refunded and u will be paid 28000, see what a fraud company this is, they threathen innocent people by telling we will send legal notice etc etc, i request every victim of this company please post ur complain on this website or below my answer, so that nexgen fraud company should get punishment otherwise this company will ruin inncocent people life. please !!!

Appointed me for data entry work, i completed the work within time limit but the employer said that you crossed mistake cutt-off and u need to pay 5000 rs to cancel contract. I paid 5000rs. Then an advocate called me and demanded 19000 rs for clearing a noc he offered me to half amount now and the rest later, i already paid half amount what should i do next?
