Pls refund my money. I have written so many mails n complain on app but I have not received any reply. Kindly refund. As u people r fake. I[censored] will not refund then I will have to complain. Dont loot people in this critical situation where people r loosing their jobless n at this time 1770 is also big amount for us to survive

I have recently joined nexmoney by paying 1770. And i am not getting any benefits of that. Whenever i do any recharge it comes failed error everytime.
I am jobless and so thought of earring from genuine site so paid 1770 that to in this pandemic situation. I cannt engage my 1770 in this as i am not getting any benefits. Pls refund my amount.

As i have tried to contact nexmoney people but their customer care are also not working. None of the numbers are not working. And even thru contact us where we have to write and send them the issue i am not getting any response. One more option was there of chat where i clicked 1st it directly was wats app number i just wrote hi the msg got delivered with two ticks and from then the msg is not getting delivered.
I have tried from my side and since i m not getting any response i have come to your site consumer complaints.

Pls look into this and help me to get my refund as soon as possible pls i request you.
