Phone not working after recharging

I have Jio phone which I was not using since few years. I recharged it and thought o[censored]sing but did not receive any confirmation after recharging too neither its working.
Pls help

Forced to pay toll through cash
At Deoband Highway toll we were forced to pay 155 rs through cash since they dont have any fastag lane which is way too much.

Ola cab charging twice
I took an OLA cab, white dzire from Sector 86, Faridabad to Chankyapuri, New Delhi at 2 PM on 04 Apr.
On completion, the Cab driver Mr Vishwas Kapoor told me to pay in cash.
I paid Rs. 603 in cash to his phone number (registered with Ola) [protected] through my Paytm.
Since I was not able to change the payment setting on my phone, he insisted that as a driver he has the option to close payment at his end.
After 2 hours, when I got a message of outstanding Ola postpaid payment from Ola, I called the driver.
He said that he is calling up Ola and they will reverse it in 24 hours.
I waited for 2 days. When I called up driver again, he said that mam it will be done.
4 days post the ride, I called up Ola support to raise a complaint regarding charging twice for my ride.
Its now been 16 days since the ride. Despite repeated mails, support calls, there hasn't been a single response besides an automated mail generated response o[censored]pdating same ticket number #[protected].
As a customer, I have rather been harassed where I have been receiving several messages and mails everyday for outstanding payment and for last 2 days also with late fees!

Pathetic services given by bharat booking pvt ltd

I must say bharat booking is pathetic company people out their in the company(soumya mannat pradeep akshay vijay sunil nd many more) oll r fraud..they jst only bother to sell their packages rather focus on quality service..aftr taking package they annoyed us so much that my trip was so bad coz of them..right from the volvo to hotel n cab oll services provided by dem iz v poor dnt ever book ur package from them...

Cosmotologist Malpractice-Dr.Vipul Sudh,Saket

Would like to seek help for the following issue that I had with a private cosmotologist. A few years back, when I was having severe acne, my doc prescribed me some medicines & cream. I was having that for a good 3 years, every single day. In additional, the doc performed chemical peels on my face numerous time during these 3 years period that I was still on the medication.
2 Years forward, while I'm practically acne free, I suffered from severe sensitive & damaged skin. Extremely dehydrated, yet oily skin.It's always itchy and red. Most surprisingly, I have deep wrinkles like all over(I'm only 23 this year).
The chemical peel was actually causing harm to me! I went to look for another cosmotologist and he claim that my skin barrier is totally damaged.
I want to give a notice to Dr. Vipul Sudh that his negligence in treatment has damaged my skin. Please assist me how I can seek compensation from him.
