I ordered a cash on delivery product of Rs. 899 from a site. It was a cross body bag. But instead of that, there were undergarments in it.

Order no. 20503 I did came wrong product in package. 12/10/2022 delivered.

I was shipped a tab to byjus office through nimbus post on 19/12/2021. They are not delivered this product for contact issue. They are not refund my product till now. Now after 3 months they are declare this product was lost. Now they are not returning my product value 10000 fully. They only refund 50% amont. They are harrasing me
