We ordered on 22.1.2020 our online order number IN-NA#12788, we had paid online Rs.7, 958/- and you have informed it will reach us before 24.2.2020. But we haven't received the product: Gallochinensis till now.
On raising a query the company replied by mail as follows,

We regret to inform you that unfortunately owing to some issues with the USA Vendor, there is going to be some delay in delivering your product.

However your item is expected to reach us by First week of March 2020 at Mumbai custom clearance.

You can expect the delivery by or before Second week of March 2020 positively.

We will update you the tracking details once the item reaches India so that you can track your item.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused and look forward to filling your future orders in timely manner.

after which no call, mail or any form of communication was made from their side and the product is yet to be delivered. Now we find that the number is also not in use.

Ordered 2 items worth £103.95 in April. Ninthavenue agreed to refund once their courier company UPS have received a declined delivery. No Courier delivery only UK Post ( I had to pay postage to receive! and NO RETURN ADDRESS! I have tried phoning many times and have sent 27+ emails.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They also have another company HOMELOFT UK and the same problems. Their UK Registered address 71-75 Shelton Street London is also not good as the company there 1st Formations have not heard of them? Have reported to Fraud Police and internet Police for INDIA/UK/USA
The phone number in the UK[protected] but it is a message service but based in Aldershot UK. They have contacts in UK & INDIA
