Dear sir,

Still waiting for your active response for both light which are not working of Pole no 173 ward no 49, since 10 days.

It is in front of my residence 7/141 swaroop nagar kanpur, where the we are running our Clinic also.

Due to darkness and the dogs running on road any accident may take place.
please do need full at the earliest.

Sir,
Street Light of our pole no. 173 of ward no. 49 in front of 7/141, Swaroop Nagar, B.N. Khanna Road, kanpur is not working since last 10 days.

At above address we have our clinic where patients may meet with an accident, also in darkness dogs and animals may be a cause of accidents.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest to avoid above situation .
