I had booked 2 flats in nitishree shouryapuram nh24 in sector 5, e-171, e - 176 didn’t even get the flat, i had paid 700000/- each for the flat. My money has been stuck even for 8-9 years. There is no details of any concern person, i had my contracts with me. All the documents i had with me that includes agreement, allotment letter etc.
Kindly take action against them.

Biggest fraud of uttar pradesh

I have invested in nitishree shauraya Puram in 2007 and given them Rs 694500 as a booking amt of a flat in voila. In year 2010 after so many calls and emails they agree to give me two cheques which are bounced back due to insufficient funds after that in year 2011 I filed a case in noida court under section 138 for recovery of my money but till date May 2017 nothing has happened. Also many threatened calls are also there from there side. All lawyers and even judges are having a setting from this grp. Not even a single time he has come on a hearing in this seven year spell
But a Supreme Court verdict about chq bounce case has a hope for me which has transferred my case from noida to Delhi my hometown. Now I have to pursue the case from Delhi itself. Noida or u can say UP is the worst place to find justice. I have to come across 70 kms single side run to attend my hearing in noida. Pls beware from this fraud company.

Hi I own a unit in this project and have made substantial payments to the builder. Builder has cheated me by not adhering to his promises. I have finalised to file joint law suit against Builder for claiming refund of amount paid alongside interest and compensation. Delay in delivery of plot in nh 24 township

I booked a plot of 360 sq yards at NH-24 (Shouryapuram scheme Township) during 2005 @Rs. 7205/ yard and deposited Rs. 6.25 lakhs. Subsequently, two more payments of around Rs. 3.5 lakhs were made and total amount deposited was around Rs. 13.5 lakhs. Accordingly, plot no. was allotted to me during 2007. Thereafter, there was no progress in the project till 2011-12. During one of my visit during 2011, one of the executives at Nitishree site (NH-24) told me that the plots will be allotted soon and registered on first-come first-served basis, subjected to payment of about Rs. 10.0 lakhs. The builder increased the EDC/ CDC charges and the price per yard increased to around Rs. 12, 500/ yard. Moreover, it was told that there are no 360 yard plot and only 175 and 100 yard plots. Left with no other alternative, I deposited the amount and plot of 175 yards was allotted at very high price as compared to similar locations around the site. The plot was also registered with the Registrar Office, Ghaziabad.
I visited the site recently after 3 years gap, but the development was almost nit as there were no signs of township. Infact, some of the plots meant for allotment to original investors were sold to other parties for higher prices. This is a very sorry state of affairs and the builder is using our hard earned money for his vested interests. There is no ethics and morality in the company.
It's really high time now. We need to unite and fight for common cause to either get a well developed property as per the commitments otherwise our money will be drained. We need to seek legal advice and collect money for filing a case for resolving this issue. The recent landmark judgment by Delhi court against Unitech Company Directors has set an example to focus on delivery and honor the commitments to the home buyers.

Possession Of Plot At Shouryapuram, NH- 24, Ghaziabad

For a plot of 175 sq yd costing Rs 1777781.00 at Shouryapuram, NH - 24, Ghaziabad. I have paid amount of Rs 884221.25 i.e 50% of cost of plot, from date 28.02.2006 to 29.01.2007, to M/s Nitishree Infrastructure Ltd.. But township not approved by G.D.A as confirmed by G.D.A. Nitishree has yet not developed township and sent one more demand letter for 80 % after increasing cost of plot to Rs 2801125.00 on false pretext. The possession of plot was to be given within 30 months but possession has not been given even after 8 years. Still booking of flats is continued for which stay must be obtained by us. I visited site several times, Nitishree doesnot have complete land for township. No progress for basic necesseties . Still not approved by G.D.A . I want legal action againt the builder.

But till 2009 i have found there is no sign of the project completetion and each time there is an excuse from the builder. So i decided to take my money back.
