Road us still in repair

From 4 months onwards 9 II road in Bandari layout is getting repair .is it difficult to move out and parking our vehicles.
How long do u take to complete this work .other buildings owners not allowing us to park our own vehicles in front of their apartments

complaint on lack of responsibility on clearing road potholes

Dear sir/madam,
The following complain related to bad road with deep potholes causing an inconvenience to public from long period of time at srinivasa colony, nizampet, hyderabad and their surroundings localities. Its is responsibility of nizampet panchayat and newly formed nizampet municipality needed to take immediate measures in providing standard roads for public.
Unable to attached picture of sleeve pipe with razor-sharp extending from the ground in the middle of pothole road these is causing vehicle tyre damage and can even cause injury to personal using the road.
Kindly take action to provide proper roads and cut off sharp pipe at road center.

Hi, yesterday i have purchased some items in more, nizampet village, one of the item i purchased was engage deo mrp is 200/- they have sold me for 220/-. I have asked the staff mr. Maruthi he did not responded properly as i was getting late i checked it after reaching home once again the mrp was 200/-. This is not the first time im facing this issue they will keep the tag for one amount and one the bill the amount charged will be more. No one is talking action on them. Once i have complained to their store manager he is also irresponsible fellow. It is near to us and easy to carry at night times that is the reason of shopping at more. Please look into this and solve this problem. This is the way of cheating public as everyone will not check the price and the bill...

As a result more mosquitoes and more diseases are coming to the residents of green ridge apartment and no street lights even though we are paying house taxes.
Government land is occupied by small shops and garbage is disposing in the government land opposite to abode green ridge apartment.

Street dogs more than 20 dogs.

We stay behind the pragathi school ground. We are facing a lot of disturbance against four street dogs, we are very afraid to send our children to play outside, they are barking like any thing, lot of disturbance while sleeping, in spite of giving complaints to the panchayat they are not responding regarding this, please kindly look into this, do the favor as early as possible. Morethan 15 to 20 dogs...

This is Ravi resident of Balaji Parktown, Nizampet area. There are lot of dogs on roads here . We people face problems to walk especially during nights after 7:00 because they are running after walking people and bikers. These dogs will be shouting all the night and disturbing our peace at nights.
Please catch these stray dogs or take necessary action to control...

Non supply of water
We are resident of Sainathnagar colony. Nizampet Gram panchayat is not supplying water for the colony and collecting the taxes. Our colony is between GHMC & Nizampet. Both are not supplying water to the colony. Whereas Chief Minister of Telangana says that they will be providing water for every house. Nizampet panchayat responding by lifting their hands simply.

My Name is Ravi and i am resident of KTR colony in Nizampet village.
Recently gram panchayath people came and planned for having a new road. They digged the existing road and left it without starting any work.
Yesterday we have rain and the present road became so bad which is so slippery (even people not able to walk on that road). Few of the people fell down and got injured.
This is not good enough to leave the road like this in such a bad situation.
I request the panchayath people to have a look into it and do the needful.
Location: KTR Layout, 1st Road 2nd Cross, Nizampet, Hyderabad.

Street light is not working in Nizampet (Bandari Layout)

Hello Sir,
The street light infront of house Plot No. 30 in Nizampet (Bandari Layout) is not working. It is a yellow street light. Due to this the street dogs are creating noise and we are not able to sleep in the nights and kids are also not able to sleep. Can you please fix it.
Street ligjt is NOT WORKING since many days. Please fix it as soon as possible.

illegal construction of penthouse due to which below flat affect
i have purchased third floor flat in Nov-2010 with only structure built. at that time there was no pent house made. as per agreement between builder and owners that should not be constructed. but in the sale deed the owner made an agreement to not obstacle if any extra floor were built. Now the building is constructed with two pent house in which one pent house is owned by builder and other one by land owner. Now the apartment is totally deviated. builder sold his pent house and owners hose is still pending. we request you to kindly take the necessary action against this. now builder is not available and landowner are also playing games and troubling us.

No Street lights, radium reflector and warning sign

I lodged this complaint to GHMC, but they said my complaint area comes under Nizampet Gram Panchayat. Over a year ago Road dividers laid from Raghav Reddy Fuctional garden to Bachupally on this Nizampet Road. The stupid contractors never put any radium road reflectors, no warnning signs and NO STREET LIGHTS. Over the past year more than dozon car, bike, auto, truck accidents occured and 2 persons died. The hoplelss concern authority stil sleeping on this matter. Until how many death counts they need to putup these BASIC road safty measures. -Ashwin Deo. We bought flat in Nizampet Grampanchayati in the year Aug/2009.The Flat area is 1030 SFT.
The employee of Nizampet GP demanding 4300 as tax. In Actual it is 1700+.(not sure about exact figure) but giving receipt for actual amout(1700)

I purchased a 2BHK flat in Dammaiguda. Plinth area 1012 sft, the Gram Panchayat staff insisting house tax Rs.6600/- for 2 years, hope which is not correct.When it is under in a village, why so much amout is required.
Pl let me know whether it is ok or not. They have calculated on cost of flat; plinth area; and site area;plus drainage etc., etc.,

I Really appreciate for your valuable post. That employee of Nizampet GP is really a fraud. He has collected so much of extra money from so many people of Nizampet area. But no one taking any action.
Please some one take action on that Guy or respective department.
Better I will approach consumer court for the solution.

or Nizampet Flat I didnt paid property tax past 2 years. 1080 sqft I gave 20, 000 Rs as a Gift to pay the property tax . 4300 is cheapest demand. Go and pay it asap.
Dont think we can fight against Indian Govt . Time waste. As much as u can fight, u will get that much trouble. that is Indian Govt

Generally the property tax is between 2000 to 2500 however they will charge 2500 extra (which goes into their pockets) to process your request.

This is really a devastating exp i had been to nizampet grampanchayat to pay propery tax, i was surprised when the person sitting at the other end started demanding bribe, actual amt is 2700/- & bribe amt is 2, 500.With honesty i wanted to pay the tax & this is the kind of service we get in govt org.Why do i need to bribe for paying property tax...

I have purchased 2 BHK flat in Pragathinagar. Property tax being paid by builder. It's not changed to my name. What is procedure? Today panchayat office. Asking 10.000 /- towards change of me can u advise what is the process?

As you all know that these days everyone are getting hospitalised because of flu. Our nizampet is full of mosquitoes. Evening 5 pm all the mosquitoes start surrounding us. Request you to tell the concerned person to keep mosquitoe medicine/smoke continuously for about 10 days. Please sir. Thank you.
