Hello all, My name is Neeraj, living at Saraswati Vihar, Khora Colony, Ghaziabad, UP - 201309
I would like to gaze your attention towards the pathetic situation we(the people here) are facing. There is no stable electricity in our area since 14/05/2022 evening, we are facing long duration electricity cut. It doesn't last more than 5 minutes. Moreover, since the (water)motor operates on electricity due to that we are also facing water scarcity in our area. Hereby, I am requesting to the concerned authority kindly do the needful regarding the electricity cut in our area.

I have taken my connection from npcl in aug-2015 for 31.93 sqm flat. It is 2kva connection. Usually i was getting my bill between 300-500. For feb'19 we received 2100+ and when complaint, they sent another bill for mar-19 for 9000+.

I queried the matter, they said your bill is correct. It might be because they have not read my meter reading.

Usually i am switching off all my mcvs when i am not living in this. And so i got usual bill of 250-300. Now they are saying it is old units. They are not listening any of my matter.

How many years they can claim for old units. It seems the meter is jumping less and more. Sometimes it is less than the current bill reading, sometimes too high. I requested for meter testing, they are saying it is already tested and given the letter.

They just checked the meter reading and gone back with very high bill.

I don't know whom i am log the complaint.

आप सभी महानुभाव जनो को प्रार्थी डी पी सिंह पुत्र श्री रणवीर सिंह निवासी ग्रेटर नोयडा गौतम बुध नगर उत्तर प्रदेश, को अवगत कराना हे की किस प्रकार ग्रेटर नॉएडा में विजली आपूर्ति करने बाली एकमात्र कंपनी यहाँ के उपभोक्तओं की जेब पर सरा सर डांका डाल रही हे

शिकायत करता डी पी सिंह पुत्र श्री रणवीर सिंह निवासी ग्रेटर नोयडा गौतम बुध नगर उत्तर प्रदेश द्वारा इस महीने का बिजली का बिल इस मेल के साथ संग्लग्न हे
इस महीने के बिल में आप देख सकते हो की उपभोक्ता द्वारा गत माह में कुल 75 यूनिट बिजली की खपत की है।
जिसका इन्होने चार्ज 7 रूपये यूनिट लगाया हे लेकिन अगर आप समस्त बिल को ध्यान से देखे जोकि इस मेल के साथ संग्लग्न है तो NPCL द्वारा जो उपभोक्ता को भेजा हे वह रूपये 3353 है यानि आप रूपये 3353 को यूनिट 75 से भाग करते हे तो यह 44 रूपये यूनिट आता हे, यानि सभी उपभोक्ताओं को उनके टैरिफ से लगभग आठ गुना ज्यादा बसूल रहे है।
उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा कई बार शिकायत करने के बाद कोई सुनता नहीं हे और शहर में एकमात्र बिजली आपूर्ति कम्पनी शहर के रेसिडेंट्स की जेब पर दिन में डांका डाल रही है।

आप सभी से विनम्र निवेदन हे कि NPCL द्वारा हो रही सरासर लूट से इस शहर को बचाने की कृपया करे और प्राथी द्वारा की जा रही शिकायत की अपने अपने स्तर से जाँच कराकर बिजली आपूर्ति कर रही कंपनी नोएडा पावर कंपनी लिमिटेड के खिलाफ आवशयक क़ानूनी कार्यवाही की जाये, जिससे शहर वासियो को कुछ राहत मिल सके।

I applied for a electricity connection of 1 kw for construction of my factory and a temporary connection was installed on 19.1.2016 of 5kw at premises statingonth that it is minimum which we give for a industry. For approx 1 month, the electricity was consumed and approx 10 unit electricity was consumed but the electricity bill came for 19000 and then, the bill goes on, i visited several times but they said it is the minimum bill and now the current bill is approx 58000 and bill consumption is not even a single unit. IT is highly unjustified to levy such heavy fixed minimum charges and now, i see no way out but to go for Legal action against electricity company and take the matter before court and then only the justice could be sought. Please try to resolve my problem details as below.

महोदय, निवेदन इस प्रकार है की में ग्राम -कुलेसरा ( ग्रेटर नोएडा ) में रहता हूँ मेरे पास मेरी पत्नी के नाम से बिजली का कनेक्शन है जिसका ग्राहक न. [protected] है मेरा बिजली का बिल प्रतिमाह 1300 से 1600 के बीच आता था जो की मेरे खचे के हिसाब से ज्यादा था फिर भी में जमा कर रहा था लेकिन सितम्बर माह का बिल 2431 रुपये आया है जबकि जहाँ में रहता हूँ वहां केवल रात के समय में ही बिजली आती है और रात में भी 2-4 घंटे चली जाती है मेरे घर पे बिजली का बिल मेरे बिजली के खर्चे से ज्यादा आ रहा है। जिसकी शिकायत में NPCL में काफ़ी समय से कर रहा हूँ। लेकिन मेरी शिकायत पर NPCL ऑफिस की तरफ से कोई ध्यान नहीं रखा जाता है न कोई शिकायत की सुनवाई हो रही है। मैने मीटर जाँच के लिए 21/09/2015 को 95 रुपये की इनवॉइस भी कटवाई जिसका न.[protected] वहां से मेरे काफी फ़ोन करने के बाद दिनांक 30/09/2015 को NPCL से आये तथा उन्होंने केवल मीटर की शील तोड़कर बिना बिजली के ही चैक कर लिया की मीटर सही है। इसके पश्यात में पुनः NPCL के ओफ़िस गया और वहां पर मैंने विनती की मेरे यहाँ आप चैक मीटर लगा दीजिये जिससे की मीटर की पुष्टि हो जाये की सही की नहीं है। या फिर आप अनापत्ति पत्र (NOC) देदें की में मीटर की जाँच कही और जगह से करवा सकूँ लेकिन वो मेरी बात सुनने को तैयार नहीं है | अतः महोदय से अनुरोध है की मेरे मीटर की जाँच कराने का आदेश जारी कर पुनः सही बिल करवाने की कृपया करें। "धन्यवाद " प्रार्थी- अनिल कुमार कुलेसरा ग्रेटर नोएडा

I would like to inform you that bill is not generated properly. In one month bill was 900 & in other month it is 5000. how it is possible. it may be 2000 or 2500 but there is big difference, when I was complain, they are giving the response "meter is ok". How it is possible. So I requested to you please take an action against NPCL Greater Noida. Because the public are in troubles Thank you.

Respected Sir,
I am Bhagwati Devi w/o Sh. Meghraj Singh R/o Village Roni, Post Bilaspur Greater Noida. I am the consumer of Noida Power Company Limited Commercial Complex, H Block Alpha - II Sector Greater Noida City - 201308 Uttar Pradesh, India and my tubewell Consumer No.24581 situated at Village Roni, Post Bilaspur Greater Noida. I have to say that my tubewell has not been working well due to the lack of power supply since 27/28th January,2012 . I have complained about it in your office on 29th January,2012 , my complaint no. has been told to me is 4469 . But my above said tubewell has not been received the proper power supply till today due to which the crop of my field has been destroying and drying which has been causing me a lot of loss and damages .
So, I request you to please help me immediately & tell the concerning authority to make sure the regular supply of power to my tubewell.Thanks.
