I HUMBLY REQUEST YOU. MY NAME RAJ SHARMA I LEAVE IN SHIVPURI M.P. SO NOKIA SERVICE CENTER SAY THAT MOBILE NOT REPAIR. HE SAID YOUR MOBILE OUT OF WARRENTY. BUT MY NOKIA 114 MOBILE WARRENTY DATE IS 08/02/2015. HE IS NOT REPAIR MY MOBILE. KINDLY I REQUEST YOU TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

Dear Sir, I had purchased Nokia Lumia 625 from a Relience Digital store of Pune on 11th Jan 2014, from the date of Purchase, On 13th of Jan 2014 my handset got the problem of Automatic Switch off & Switch on, I shown it to the Nokia Care, they told me that this is the problem of the software which was updated later, but the problem not resolved at that time, then I personally updated it online & the problem resolved, After few months...

I have been using Nokia 720 there is a bill warranty and insurance but its of no use there is no physical damage to the phone home screen is not funtioning but they say there is a physical damage / liquid damage and asks Rs. 7000/- for repairs please help me my email is [protected]@gmail.com

Poor Service and Unethical work standards

Hi,
I submitted my Nokia Lumia 720(in warranty) phone to Silk Teleservices Nokia care (Marathalli, Bangalore) on 13th Sep for a sim slot malfunction.I was told i have to pay 3k for the sim slot replacement . I was told the activity needs a week and i will get the phone back. Also it was ensured that there would be no data loss as it is a hardware replacement.
A week later i was informed that 10 more days are required and data will be lost....
