they took amount form us and no response from them.
they are cheating us ....

The company named nonstop courier and cargos pvt ltd has cheated me in the name of franchisee offer
They took deposit amount of rs : 50000
In the year 2014.
They have offer the franchisee and committed to support in commercial operation...
After getting deposit. They begin to ignore my calls and started avoiding me
No reply over phone
No reply over email

Similarly many other has...

I paid 2lakhs full amount 4months back. But there is no response from company side. Daily i am calling to customer care and main office he is telling tomarrow. I mailed to all persons including gm no reply from that side. I am asking to refund that is also not doing please help...

This company is regularly giving advertisments in the leading newspapers and leading websites for there franchise network on pan india basis for last one year. The company is charging the huge amounts to appoint state franchisee, district frnchisee, block franchisee, and small counters....

I paid 25000, for a Franchise in Darmapuri thruogh online payment.But i did not signed any agreement with the company for franchise and not even start, and since i got a job, i informed the company that i could not take this franchise and return my amount.
But now they are telling that, after 1 year only company will return as per rule like that.
So please help us to settle the amount because, their is no reason for keeping...
