Dear Sir,

I am facing problem in my new job, I was working as an executive in KNB and I got a new job as a area sales manager in aircal logistics Ltd. New Delhi, after interview I gave the resignation in KNB but during notice period I come to know aircal logistics Ltd. salary rules, that I want to ask is this rule is legal, one of my friend join before me and he told me that they are saying that, they will not pay any salary or convince and mobile cost till the time we give him one franchise, our work is to make franchise of company and our job is fully field job for that they told as at the time of interview that they will pay convince and mobile expenses and our starting salary is RS.12000/-, but now I have come to know we got nothing i[censored]ntil we do not make any franchise and when we make one franchise they will only pay our salary and expenses and if we create more franchise then they will pay incentive.

I just want to know is it legal to not to pay any salary and expenses and I bear all the cost till the time of I get any franchises it is fully field job, because it is a currier company and only six month old in delhi and most of the person think not to invest in very new company, so there is less chance to get franchise in very first month, and when I got first franchise they pay me Rs.12000/- of my salary otherwise no salary(it is not mention in advertisement nor they tell me at the time of interview and how they count my work as “no work”).

One more thing in the advertise on Times of India they print salary of Area sales Manager 3lakh to 4 lakh with 0 to 1 years of experience now they are giving me only 12k salary per month is it legal.

What action I can take against them.

NonStop Courier And Cargo Pvt Ltd . This company is a fraud company, please beware of this company. They are in to courier and cargo logistics service provider. This company is regularly giving advertisments in the leading newspapers and leading websites for there franchise network on pan india basis for last one year. The company is charging the huge amounts to appoint state franchisee, district frnchisee, block franchisee, and small counters. After taking the booking amount like 5lac, 2lac, 1lac, 50000, 20000, 10000 from there franchisees the locking period is 3years for which they promise to develop the franchisee's surrounding defined area by making the block franchisee and counters under the state and district franchisee. Also they committed for an assured return of investment within the three months so that the each and every franchisee will start earning handsome amount. Also the company promised there franchisee's to fetch the courier business from local market and the corporate clients with the help of there business development manager and marketing team. But the company fails to keep any of its promises and commitments. The company is only interested in collecting the booking amount from its franchisees. The company is not providing the courier service to any of there franchisee business partners, in starting they did but later on the company start neglecting there franchisees. Also the company Aircal Logistic Limited is not reliable to its employees. The company is appointing the employees as a designation of branch manager, area sales manager, channel sales manager, business development manager and etc and offered them the good salary packages and after one or two months of there working company fired them without intimating and without paying a single penny or salary to there employees by saying that they are not working properly.

Please beware of this company, this company NonStop Courier And Cargo Pvt Ltd is a fraud company.
This company is blacklisted now.
This company's chairman is fraud, blacklisted and a criminal background.

On 04/08/2015 we paid Rs. 10000 advance for your franchise at peelamedu, coimbatore. I have attached the bank receipt for your reference.
We hired 500 square feet space office near peelamedu bus stop and we have also appointed 3 new employees exclusively to take care of non-stop courier services.
We did not receive any communication from you regarding the further process for the franchise until 13.12.2015.
On 14.12.2015 Mr. Abraham area sales officer visited our office to confirm about initiating the process for the franchise and informed us to pay the balance amount.
then ready to pay the remaining amount of Rs. 15000 and start the work that time Ms. Kasthuri from your Kovilpatti branch confirmed that the peelamedu franchise has been allotted to someone else.
Then i called Abharam and Syed umer ( Regional manager )for refund the money. they have confirmed will REFUND your MONEY soon as it is their mistake and technical problem.

Raguram is the familer cheating fellow on Coimbatore.. We are searching him he had escaped 39000 worth products..continuesly we r called him but he avoiding the call from our end..our legal team filing complint against him.. So beware of this fraudulent person.

Let me explain you How this woks, as all of you done i also read the advertisement in newspaper and TV commercial adds of NONSTOP Courier & Cargo PVT. LTD and decided to have an Franchise in my place before someone else grab it, I was attracted by Their well designed website and i contacted on - [protected] which is toll free number, after i spoke to Telecaller he gave Number of Mr. Ramalingam - [protected], he spoke nice to me and he sent company profile and franchise opening application form by mail and advice me to pay Rs. 50000 ASAP to block Taluk franchise,

as discussed with Mr. Ramalingam I transferred Rs.[protected] + 37500 ) Via HDFC netbanking to below given Bank account,
