My name is Shamshad Ahmed and i had made a payment of 2, 61, 000/- against buying of a 150 sq yds plot in Nri-city bhiwadi through Raj Property dealer, Sikandarpur, Gurgaon in year 2007. I have not recieved any refund in spite of numerous requests to the dealer. I had also visited the company's office in noida but was informed that the office has shut down . i Have made numerous visits to the supposed site & found no one there. My number...
