I ordered two dry fruit items on artradco.in on 22th jan.'20 and online payment made through debit card. Afterward i am not able to contact them and there is no contact details. Only one mail came from them saying "we've received your order #6718, and it is now being processed:" from mail id "artradco.in" i feel now that it is fake site and i have lost my money. Can you help me in this issue please.

I am a retired employee of NTPC LTD. As on 31.05.2005 I have completed 58 years and I am eligible for EPS pension since then. But my pension payment is not yet released so far. The reason being that the deposited pension amount from RPFC HYDERABSD (AC no HY228960/60395)is not transferred to DELHI AC no DL/17811/155, inspite of reminders.
