I received a call from nv technology on 16th of oct 2019 and asked me to do a job that is click 150 links for 10 days and you will get 5 rs per link. I agreed and after registration i came to know that it is fake. So i stopped working and now after 10 days an advocate sent me a notice in my mail. The advocate's name is simran sharma

Its look like they black mailing me and threatening to making the payment.
So please if you could help me to teach them a lesson. It would be very helpful.

I am a degree 3rd year student. I applied for a part time data entry job on quikr. After some days i was contacted by a girl on 9mand asked me to do a video watching job. I agreed and after registration i came to know that it is fake. So i stopped working and now after 10 days an advocate sent me a notice in my mail which went into my spam. I know that they are fake and their notice and threatening are all fake but still if you could help me to teach them a lesson. I blocked their email and number. But they are keep contacting through other numbers and mail. Please help me

Hi i have posted my problem regarding nv technology in consumer complaints on nov 1 2019. Till now i didn't get any reply from the consumer side. I want to know whether the problem is solved or not. Conrinously i am receiving mail and call from the nv technology and they @ent me the soft copy of the notice. No fly please help me to sort the problem. Otherwise i will take wrong decision.

I’ve registered in many job portals for doing home based online & offline jobs. On 19th sep 2019, i got a call from 72111xxxxx, her name dipika, she offered me an online job in nv technology, aurangabad. She sent me details on call and email. He explained regarding work, that the job is watching 150 video links per day for 30 seconds, for continuous 10 days. He informed rs. 5/- will get for each links, 5 x 150 = 750 x 10 days = 7500, out of this they will deduct rs.3000/- as their utility charges. But the condition is no double click on links, no multiple log in’s. As i was looking for online job, i thought it as genuine work in their details without not much enquiring about the nv technology. Meanwhile, he asked my email id, alternate contact number & id proof, so i’ve sent all details including my driving license through whatsapp. Few minutes after, he sent webs pro ppt, an agreement app link (Agreement new. Apk) to both my email & whatspp. He told me to write my name in place signature in the digital agreement. I’ve done these all by believing them completely. Even i was busy that time, he kept calling me many times for completing my name to be written over the space provided by saying the application will get freezed if not activating that time itself. He told that later verification dept will call, that time tell ‘yes’ regarding work perform or not. They did not sent me any work for 10 days.

On 2nd nov. I got an email from advocate associate) 90813xxxxx, from [protected]@gmail.com, regarding pending payment information.

He mentioned that “nv technology has send file for legal clearance, you have broken agreement by not complete the work project and for which you are liable to pay the penalty.

You have time of 2 hours to pay the penalty otherwise the legal action will be initiated under fraud and agreement breach case. After this your penalty will be increased and only you will be responsible for it.

Reply as soons as possible.”

I sent a reply to him & he called me. Then i explained him actual scenario. But he is not listening to my words, instead keep telling that you need to pay penalty now. I told him that it’s due to their work issue, no work is given to me & when i tried to inform them, but not answered calls. But i do not make any double clicks or multiple logs in as stated by the company. After explaining these facts, he started demanding more money. I told him that over internet there are many complaints about nv technology, i will also going to complain now.
As i checked over internet found several complaints regarding this company. Now i’m facing severe mental pressure & tension due to their messages. The keep send sms to my numbers. I found that consumercomplaints.in, got many complaints regarding such issues & resolved. So i have decided to raise these important situations prevailing right now. I hereby requesting for taking necessary actions against these fraud people offering fraud jobs, threatening people for money.
This advocate is calling me whole day since last 3 days and threatning me & demanding for money.
On consumer complaints site i found a complaint n read the documnets. I found that the stamp paper is same as provided to me on the agreement by mail.

I hereby attach all communications made so far. I will forward any further details required, if any. Please take strict action against this company, if possible. They are ruining our country’s goodwill as well faith & many common people's life also.

Hi sir, i received a call from nv technology in the name of advocate to pay an amount of 125000 or 5500 to the company address. Since i didn't start the work and i didn't receive any login id and password. Without starting the work they continuously calling ma and asking me to pay the amount otherwise they will send legal notice. I am from poor background. Can u please help me to sort the problem

Hello friends please help me from this company. My name is mahalakshmi and I applied so many work from home jobs in quiker and one day I got a call from this NV technology and they said about the job and they say that we have send u an application and u have to write your name on that. But after this they say it is an agreement . So they cheat me like this and upto 2 days they didn't send anything to me like username and password. When I call and scold the advisor they send me. But there is nothing in that and I call and complaint but they didn't replied me anything. But suddenly I got a notice from the advisor to pay totally 4000 rupees to the company bank account.
So where is the justice friends. So please help me friends from this problem.

On 17th oct, they sent me webpro software for starting work. While doing first day work, i feel it’s fake as most of the video links were blanks, if double click then condition will be applicable, hence i complete all 150 links by single click, 30 seconds watching. Next day there is no more links came in my profile after log in by using the user id & password provided by nv technology. Meanwhile, i checked on internet regarding nv technology, found there are many complaints regarding this company raised by many people in our country at different places. So i understand these things will also happen to me in this regard. As there is no more links came in my profile on second day, i called the person who talked to me, but she did not answer my phone calls. So i stopped working there after. As the links were blank, there is no meaning in working on in such cases. It was meant for cheating people for making double click, so that they can demand their charges from people who are doing this job.

Day before yesterday (Sat, Nov 2, 12:25 PM (2 days ago)), i got an email

I recieved a call on 17 oct 2019 from an unknown number claiming to provide me free lancing job of clicking links and earning with each link paying rs 5. After that I received an another call from different number wanting my confirmation to do the job, i casually said ok then they provided me user id and pw. But as soon as I login i thought it to be suspicious, they had a separate application that had agreement document which isnt opening now. and an app called web pros where the user interface of the application is glitchy . But thats not the real thing yet, they promised to give rs 5 for each link and 150 links per day which should be equal to 750 per day for 10 days adding up to total of amount 7500 where they claimed to deduct 3000 for their reference charges and I was ok with it but as I started doing my work, i noticed they are not fulfilling their promise, as the reports of the previous days activities is given and the earning, where the per day earning should have been 750, they only gave me 91 for 150 links where as I gave all the 30secs and even more for every link as asked, and continued to work to look out further and saw the same less amount theyd offer, which would be hardly 750 at the end of total 10 days, They said that they count days and on the tenth day theyd give salary but their counter stops after 8th day and then two days before now I received acall from woman claiming to be an advocate of some sort and threatened me to pay the amount liable as per their so called agreement that doesnt show in the agreement app or face legal consequences, I calmly replied for the legal consequences that i m ready for it, but theyd had nothing to say closed the call and hunged up and this morning I received a mail that has another advocates named "Mane" with an address that doesnt even show on map, he again claimed the same amount 3000+1500 to the account or to face punishment under ipc 406 and 420. Can somebody help me in this situation?

And i agreed to do and they send some agreement, and then i searched about their company and i got to know they are fraud company, i didnt started watching those videos and i didnt even login to their app and i said i dont want to do but now they are sending some lawyer notice to my mails caliming money rs3000 and calling m... Please help me

Hi sir this is saranya. I received a call from nv technology. I didn't start the work and i didn't receive any login id and password to start the work. Since i didn't start the work they are asking me to pay the amount. The advocate called me and asked to pay the amount of 125000 a or otherwise 5500 in my company account or otherwise they blackmailing me that they will send legal notice. Please kindly help me to sort the problem. Really i am bad situation.

I had received a call from nv technology on oct 15the 2019. The told me that i had to watch 150 links per day upto 10days. Then they asked me to send the signature through the agreement software app. After that i had received a mail to download the webprobs app. After that they send me the login details. After that they had send me the agreement. I had login into the app and i had done my work perfectly 9days. Then on the 10day when i am trying to login into the app it is showing that contact to admin. Then i had called to the man who had called me. He has not lifted the call. So i had call to the helpline number given in my agreement but they had not lifted my call. Today i had received a mail from the legal adviser. After that i he called me from gujarat and blackmailing me pay 3000rs to nv technology and he said that he will file a case against me.

Nv technologis anil gupta call me and said he is advocate of delhi high court, and said to pay money before 4pm 12500 and after that within two days 31500 to close the file. And also came in court in two days. He also said he is call from delhi high court. His mobile number is [protected]. He is also send me the account details on my whatsapp. His whatsapp number is [protected].

In oct 13th i received a call from nv technology and she (Neha, [protected]) told me it is a home based data entry work. Nv technology is no 1 fraud company first send message from email helpline. [protected]@gmail.com then ask adhar card signature and finally it is digital signature. I send 2 mobile no, aadhaar, mail to them in whatsapp then they send a mail to me to tell otp to them i said that otp to them. The court has given you adequate time to complete your file and pay the penalty but you did not complete the same and even also not respond to the notice in the court. I want to cancel the agreement please sir please help me they will send the notice today. So please safe for students life in this fraud company's

Hi.. Sir/madam.. I am kirana kumari..in oct 15th i received a call from nv technology and she told me it is a home based data entry work 100%genuine.. The work is filling 1000 forms in 7days if r u not completed the work and below 90% accuracy u have to pay 4000.. I send 2 mobile no, aadhaar, photo, mail to them in whatsapp then they send a mail to me to tell otp to them i said that otp to them. Then they send work to mail i have checked and started my work but i couldn't completed my work because it's too hard i'll work full days on it but i couldn't completed my work because it's too tough i completed 250 forms only. After 7days they send a mail in that mail u signed in 10rs bond agreement papers and u have to pay 5000 otherwise i'll fill case against you i was shocked alot... But i didn't sign in any agreement papers i think they copied my signature in aadhaar card they started blackmailing me through calls and emails... Plz solve this case as soon as possible sir.. Plz close my agreement with nv technology.. Thank you

Hello sir this is lalitha, I have registered for nv technology they said that I have to work for 10 days and I worked for 10 days but they stopped the work on 8th day and they gave me advocate notice and told to pay 8990 I have paid the amount to their account and again they are calling me and asking to pay money 21000 if I want to cancel the agreement please sir please help me they will send the notice tomorrow

They did not give me job at registered date after two days give me job 9th day they send msg u incomplete job give me penalty. A women called me before 10 days and she told me that do part time home based job in our company. I agreed to that and she forced me to install agreement software which had been sent by her to my e-mail id. She also forced me to put my signature. She said that you have to watch 150 videos from the link which will be provided by us But after few days i tried to open the link but it was not like she said.So I did not continue my work.Today a person from nv technology called me and forcing me to pay 3000 rupees and i am shocking now. I told him my situation but he is not earing about that. please help me

I got a call from nv solutions whose office is located in new khirdi road, aurangabad, maharashtra-431001 on 5th of october 2019. They said they will provide me simple homebased job of online video watching in which they will provide me 150 video links daily which i have to watch everyday till 10 days, for which i don't have to pay any registration charges initially but after completion of work in 10 days they will deduct the registration amount which is 3000/- from my salary. Then they asked me whether i'm interested or not for which i said yes and then he told me in order to join the job you have to register for which you have to give your aadhar card scanned copy in whatsapp and provide your signature digitally, which i did. Then he told me that a girl will call me after sometime for company confirmation procedure and all i have to say is 'yes'. And i did the same. Then after sometime i received a mail of scanned stamp paper in which it's written that i will be liable to pay 3000/- if i didn't complete the work in 10 days, which they never mentioned it previously! So i called him and said that i won't start the work because of such agreement and told him that as i'm not starting my work so technically this agreement becomes null and void and the boy agreed to that and said yes. But after 10 days and on 17th of october 2019 i started getting calls and msgs from unknown number to give 80, 000 and 90, 000 (Who later introduced himself as advocate rakesh sharma from aurangabad, maharashtra). Then i again told him that if i didn't even start my work then how the agreement is even liable? And also told him that the same thing i had previously told to nv technlogy to which they agreed. For which the so called advocate rakesh sharma told me that we don't know such things but you have to pay 7500/- (This same person previously sent me a threatening msg to pay 80, 000/-& 90, 000/-). Then i ignored his calls. Then on 21st of october 2019, i again received an email from some so called associate advocate who sent me legal notice in which it was mentioned to pay 3000 + 1500 (As interest)= 4500/- total in 7 days. And then again on the same day our so called advocate rakesh sharma sent me his bank account details having his bank account in canara bank, told me to pay 6000/- by 3:30 pm or else i will send legal notice to your said address.
I also searched google for this company and found many news related to the scam. And the number of the stamp paper matches to many other people complaining regarding this. And most importantly the date mentioned on the stamp paper is of 2018, which proves they are a total fraud and are harassing weak and financially drowned people for money. I'm filling this complaint because i'm in deep trouble and i want that some necessary action should be taken against them.

Yesterday one man call me and say that i am from nv technology maharashtra and we provide online video watching job and he say me to send one id proof i send voter id card and send digital signature after 30 mint i understand this is fake company i stop work and send cancellation msg on helpline mail id but today he call me and ask for money 3000 if i can not pay money he got filed court case against me plzzz help me sirr
