Hii friends. I am mahalakshmi. Don't believe this nv technology because it is fake and they signed in an agreement and says you have to watch daily 150 videos for 10 days and don't double click on the link. But friends the links are opening but videos are not coming. When we signed before an agreement they says after signing we have send an user name and password. Then u have to start the work. But they didn't send anything. After i called they send. But when i opened the links not getting any videos. So there main motto is to take money from the people. When we are signing in an agreement they didn't say it is an agreement u have to sign. They just says it is an application u have to sign. It means they are cheating others easily.
So i think after 10 days i also receive the notice to pay money. But they cheat me.
So please friends anybody gives justice and support for me

Bhot sarey same mile toh mene unko call kiya whatsapp me sb bheja uske baad na unka call aya naa me krne lgra tha phir 15 day baad advocate phn kiya bola 90000 penalty lga hai dena pdega vrna court case hoga msg agya court ka .. me usko smjhaya ki mene kaam bhi start ni kiya tha phn krne pe koi recieve ni kr rha toh me kya kru usme vo bola penalty ab dena pdega mene jab usko bola sb agreement fake hai vo bola ki tumnhe job confirmation call me yes bola tha humare pass recording hai case file kr diya hai bola kuch din baad phn kiya or bola ki tumnhe bola tha company fake iske liye tumhare upar ek or case kiya gya hai 420 ... ab vo paise mangra hai comprmise krne ko call or msg lr rha hai bar bar

Nv technology, new khirdi road, aurangabad, maharashtra 431001, watching 150 video links, for 30 seconds, 10 days : pending payment intimation in the name of advocate association, fraud company, fraud online work, fraud agreement, fraud threatening email by advocate’s name, fraud software (Webpro)

This is regarding an urgent situation in my life so far.

I’ve registered in many job portals for doing home based online & offline jobs. On 14 oct 2019, i got a call from 72111xxxxx, her name sirinder she offered me an online job in nv technology, aurangabad. She sent me details in whatsapp and email. She explained regarding work, that the job is watching 150 video links per day for 30 seconds, for continuous 10 days. She informed rs. 5/- will get for each links, 5 x 150 = 750 x 10 days = 7500, out of this they will deduct rs.3000/- as their utility charges. But the condition is no double click on links, no multiple log in’s. As i was looking for online job, i thought it as genuine work in their details without not much enquiring about the nv technology. Meanwhile, she asked my email id, alternate contact number & id proof, so i’ve sent all details including my driving license through whatsapp. Few minutes after, she sent webs pro ppt, an agreement app link (Agreement new. Apk) to both my email & whatspp. She told me to write my name in place signature in the digital agreement. I’ve done these all by believing them completely. Even i was travelling that time, she kept calling me many times for completing my name to be written over the space provided by saying the application will get freezed if not activating that time itself. She told that later verification dept will call, that time tell ‘yes’ regarding work perform or not. They did not sent me the work for next few days.

On 15th sep, they sent me webpro software for starting work. While doing first day work, i feel it’s fake as most of the video links were blanks, if double click then condition will be applicable, hence i complete all 150 links by single click, 30 seconds watching. Next day there is no more links came in my profile after log in by using the user id & password provided by nv technology. Meanwhile, i checked on internet regarding nv technology, found there are many complaints regarding this company raised by many people in our country at different places. So i understand these things will also happen to me in this regard. As there is no more links came in my profile on second day, i called the person who talked to me, but she did not answer my phone calls. So i stopped working there after. As the links were blank, there is no meaning in working on in such cases. It was meant for cheating people for making double click, so that they can demand their charges from people who are doing this job.

Today (16.09.2019, 10.15 am), i got an email from ; mr. Dipak patil (Mentioned as advocate associate) 76230xxxxx, from [protected]@gmail.com, regarding pending payment information.

He mentioned that “nv technology has send file for legal clearance, you have broken agreement by not complete the work project and for which you are liable to pay the penalty.

You have time of 2 hours to pay the penalty otherwise the legal action will be initiated under fraud and agreement breach case. After this your penalty will be increased and only you will be responsible for it.

Reply as soons as possible.”

I sent a reply to him & he called me around 02.25 pm. Then i explained him actual scenario. But he is not listening to my words, instead keep telling that you need to pay penalty now. I told him that it’s due their work issue, i stopped continuing the work & when i tried to inform them, but not answered calls. But i do not make any double clicks or multiple logs in as stated by the company. After explaining these facts, he started demanding more money. I told him that over internet there are many complaints about nv technology, i will also going to complain now.

Actually, it’s because of their fraud company & cheating work, i had to face problems now. It’s their software had some problem or maybe intentionally designed for grabbing money from their clients. Even i doubt this company, nv technology, new khirdi road, aurangabad, maharashtra 431001, has actual license as company registration.

As i checked over internet found several complaints regarding this company. Now i’m facing severe mental pressure & tension due to their messages. The keep send sms to my numbers. I found that consumercomplaints.in, got many complaints regarding such issues & resolved. So i have decided to raise these important situations prevailing right now. I hereby requesting for taking necessary actions against these fraud people offering fraud jobs, threatening people for money.

I’ve been living genuinely till now in my life. It’s their threatening messages makes me interrupted & stressful now. Nv technology, aurangabad is a fraud company with fake work offers, only intention is to grab money from people, by threatening showing the digital agreement made by telling false statements. The signature place was filled with name which was written in the box as directed by the person who talked initially. Also i find that the agreement made on the stamp paper’s number (Uk 5115) was same for many people who wrote complained in many online forums. Now i understand that it was my biggest fault to believe such fraud people & fake work, for making small life little more good, for that i have to lose my mental peace.

I hereby attach all communications made so far. I will forward any further details required, if any. Please take strict action against this company, if possible. They are ruining our country’s goodwill as well faith & many common people's life also.

Awaiting for a speedy action & feedback for the above issues.

Dear All,

First of all, you have to realise that this Copmany, NV Technology Aurangabad, is totally a fake & fraud Company. Their main aim is not to give work to anyone, but grab money from people who all are falling under thier traps. People do fall in their words & works, as we the common people of our country wants to make some genuine income by working as part time or home based projects. This situation they are exploiting. Even this website, consumer complaints do not trust completely.

If you post complaints here, after few days you will receive msg from consumerhelpline11 the rest part of email id I'm not writting, as they will make it protected, it doesn't make any sense. (CONSUMERHELPLINE 11) as they will talk on behalf o[censored]s with co representative & try to solve out. Later they will send you that the company is telling your contract is valid, we have to pay the penalty. That means this fraud company called, NV Technology, created an email id pretending official email of this site, ( I don't know if the website also operated by these scammers). Few days after again they will send you,
"your case file in company already resolve, so we need to make status in this site as resolved. Otherwise company will start legal action against us. Hence, you talk with company, we can't help you."

Messages will go like this. Do not be get afraid of these type of messages or any other email from claiming as this website or from fraud NV Technology. They cannot do anything. They are totally illegal & fraud.

First, if you feel that you are cheated by any of these kinds of companies by offering fake work, you may go & give complaint in your nearest police station. Also try to give complaint in the cyber crime police. They will follow up this case genuinely, don't worry. This type of cheating work for money is happening all over India now a days. I think they are a group of people who are operating like an office, stands as job scammers by exploiting the common people of our country who is searching for part time or home based jobs. One more thing, if you accept any unknown company's job, ask their official address, license details, website address etc.. Never pay a single penny to these job scammers who cheating our country people. I do believe still they are operating by offering this kind or other type of fake work, there by cheating people for grabbing & threatening for money by creating different company names (NV Technology, NV-Tech, Unix Enterprises, Web pros etc...) These all are same group of people as they are using same fake agreement no. UK 5115 for all people to whom they offer fake work. Now they wil make some other company name.

Do not pay these people any amount. They cannot do anything, they themself know very well. But they are sending threatening emails or sms or phone calls, so that people may get afraid or trust as true, who all believe these scammers they pay amt, then they make money. So they keep these processes. If people starts not paying them, reply these scammers bravely & firmly, then they will have shortly stop this cheating work. Hence do not make any payments. Let them do anything that they can.

I do believe the time spent for even writting this feedback also waste, but if this found useful to anyone, then I will be happy. So dear all, do not get fear of these people by seeing their emails or msgs or calls, no one send legal notice through via email and do not reply them if repeated msgs or calls comes. Instead give complaints to nearest police station by stating your experiences with the company by collecting all communication proofs. Also post details in some govt related online platforms so that more people come to know regarding this & never fall under thier trap.

Take care dear all & never loose your hard earned money. Opt for a genuine work always by enquiring completely regarding company. All the best !!!

Hi bro even i am facing the same problem. I started watching links from 2 days and today the link have not resetted i called the helpline number it says switchoff and i found that many faced the same issue. Will they send any legal notice to home ??

UK 5115 muje bhi call aa rahe par mene nv technology ki shikayte dekhne ke bad mene mana kar diya bole notise bhejenge 3000 jama karao ab me unko call karke UK 5115 stamp paper ki jankari mangi or pure stamp paper 4 bhag me he stamp pura 1page ka hota he to vo sahi se koi jankari nahi di ab to fake hi manenge na...fir jb mene call kiya uthate nahi ak advocate ka name karke vo boli company vale bat nahi karenge vo me hi bat karungi farji SMS bhi vohi karti he muje 100%. This job is very easy u want to do with your android phone just you want to submit 150 links per day u have to do this work for 10 days.. I send my id proof and two mobile numbers to their whats number... They send one link of agreement software application.. She told u have to install it. I installed the application after 5 mins she called me again u want to register in this after i register they send me the agreement paper UK 5115.. In that application she told u have to sign in one white paper and submit it.. I told ok maam.. And i done all that... Suddenly i got doubt last night and i checked this in Google i was shocked others also are facing this type of problem... Now iam very much tension sir please help me i dont want to do this work sir.. I did not login in that company account the send me user id and password but i did not login in that... I registered through a call he didn't told me the company name and also terms and conditions. When I readed that this is fraud company I came to know and I am requesting to handle this people so kindly help me to sought out this problem sir I am not interested to do the work at all.
Today only registered but it's fake company I searched in Google. So please help me sir.

Today I registered that but I listened it's fraud company and I am not started the work today I told I am not interested to the work . Not started work but I have searched it was a fraud company so please handle this people . Not at all started the work not interested . He is telling me to do the job but I am not interested company details not mentioned only how they r telling and I didn't got to know that it's a fraud company.

Its the 3rd day after i have registered for nv technology and started working as so many other people mentioned here.. I have got the same agreement and same instructions regarding to the work. I was having a bit doubt on this company from the very first day so i searched for it and landed here.. Help me to get out of this, should i stop working? and what if they call me after 10 days..

One day a call came from nv technology and they a offered me a job of video watching and every video 5 rupees daily 150 links for 10 days but i saw some video and search about this fraud part time jobs i said to delete my account but they r asking 10000 rupees i didn't start my work also i am very worried what happens in future please helo me sir. Is the legal notice comes to my home if i didn't complete my work please i don't want any risk and i don't want pay any amount sir please i request u to help me i am poor student sir

I replied ok later i got agreement paper UK 5115 of 11months i did not do the work... Today she called her name is kajal.. She was telling i send ur registration id to legal department... After 30mins i got another call but i did not lift that call... She was demanding me u have to pay 30500rs to close ur file... I say i wll not pay any single rupees... Now iam tension they will send any notice to home!????

Sir, i received call from nvYour plan is of 150 Links (Daily) and which you have to complete daily till 10 days.
. If At a Time 2 Login, 2 Logout, 2 IP address are found or any double click on same link then your id will be terminate without any intimation.

. If your work is not completed or failed to watch daily 150 links then you have to pay 3000 rps. as utility charges.

.if you complete your work with all your terms and condition than from your payment 3000 rps will be deducted.
. If you have any Query or doubt then you can call our helpline number or else you can mail us also in between 10 am. to 6 pm

I received a call from NV Technology And they said that earn 7000 in 10 days at work from home.. Then i registered with them by providing adhaar card details photo and signature.. After that i received a agreement on my mail id and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i don't work or leave the job in between or if i don't complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 5000 to the company.. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work. But after 2 days i found that it is totally fraud after 15 days one person call to me and said i am advocate rajiv singh, you are liable to pay penalty otherwise take action against you.please save me to this fraud and take action...his details are Mr. Rajiv Singh

I received a call from nv technology on 2th of october 2019 and asked me to do a job that is click 150 links for 10 days and you will get 5 rs per link. I agreed and after registration i came to know that it is fake. So i stopped working and now after 10 days an advocate sent me a notice in my mail. The advocate's name is maysha malik

Its look like they black mailing me and threatening to making the payment.

Nv technology is wrost company. He will give fake court case for video watch online link part time job. He didn't give transaction password. He provided one application to the worker that has not proper android application. He files complaints about me. Pls help me.

I received a call from nv technology on 20th of sep 2019 and asked me to do a job that is click 150 links for 10 days and you will get 5 rs per link. I agreed and after registration i came to know that it is fake. So i stopped working and now after 10 days an advocate sent me a notice in my mail. The advocate's name is kudan

Its look like they black mailing me and threatening to making the payment.
So please if you could help me to teach them a lesson. It would be very helpful.

This intimation letter informs you that nv technology company can file a case under the section of 73-74-75 of the indian arbitration & conciliation act, 1996 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed then you have to pay the penalty amount.

Hello sir i am sai krishna gopal. Few days back i got a call by a company for a part time job. Then a company named webpro pvt. Ltd contacted me and said that it is a very easy job that you have to open 150 links daily and we will pay you 5 rs per link and if i wont be able to do that in time i have to pay them rs3000 as penalty. I thought that it is a genuine company so i accepted their terms and conditions and as id proof i gave them my aadhar card picture and agreed to work on it. They then mailed me their contract and agreement letter. So after that they gave me id and pasword and i started working on it. I did my work very carefully and submitted it. But after 10 days when they have not sent me any kind of qc report. I got a threatening call and msgs from a lawyer who has 70 spam reports on true caller saying that as i have failed to do my work, i have to pay the company 14500rs otherwise they will send me their legal notice and after that issue of warrant will get lodged against me and my case will be further taken to court. So now pls tell me what do i do?

I want to complaint against this NV company. It is working with the same company called uptask company and is harrashing me with legal notices to pay money. It was a fake company and I saw a lot of reviews regarding it being fraud so I told them that I don't want to work with them. They did not reply at that moment.
But now they are sending me a legal notice on my mail Id about paying them money as I did not do their work and to pay 4500rs or else they will file a section 420 case against me. Kindly help me in this matter.

The same story had happened with me on 25th sep 2019 i was asked to do this job and even i did it for 09 day.
10th day they blocked my user id and on 11th day i received email from advocate associate dipak patil that i have to pay panelty within 2 hrs or face legal action in court.
It is not a one persons job a whole team is in volved in it and all the contact nos are from gujrat where as company is registered in aurangabad ita a scam of harrassment on people by the mean of taking legal action. Pls find this culpruts and take action against them.

I'am susmitha from vijayawada.
I have registered with nv technology through online part time jobs. They provided me the website and said about the job details. A man from that company made me a call and offered me this job. Due to financial issue i agreed to continue with them and started doing the work for 8 days after that the, links were not working and website is not opened. So i did'nt do the work in the due time... This is the fault of company to stop the links. But in return they were charging me amount 3000+[protected] to pay for the company. An advocate deepak patel made me a call realted to that company and saying to pay the amount they were blackmailing me that i[censored] don't pay the amount you will be held in the court with a court notice... This is my fault agreeing the online fake and worst jobs...
I will not charge a single amount of rupee. If the company call me again i will give com[plaint against this nv technology... The man deepak patel is talking very rude with girls and using abusing language with females in phone... I hope this situation must not repeat to anyone again... Please avoid fake jobs in online
