worst service of nxt cable operators
Respected sir,
I am using your stb since 2 years. Nxt cable operators proving me worst service and m very unhappy with your service. I contacted several local cable operators, but they are irresponsible. I am not viewing channels with respect to the amount i am paying to you. They give us useless reason for my problem. Many customers from our area are facing this problem.
I find errors regarding the signal frequently on the television screen and all channels are getting struck i get irritated with that. I want you to provide me all the channels for which i am paying.
I hope you will notice the complaint and resolve it soon. Other wise refund my money early. Atleast who is reading this please solve issue and tell nxt cable operators to provide better service to their costumers.

Please note down my request for immediate disconnect of nxt cable due to very poor service of nxt cable operator.
I m trying from last 10 days about non working of cable but office is closed and mobile is off.
I also registered complaint at customer care but no body is hearing me and it seems that nxt is not generated for customer services. It happened with many customers and all are swithing their cable from nxt to other option. I faced such problems in past also many times.

Services offered by u is very bad. I installed this service on before 2 days but yet not any channel is available on TV pls resolve my problem as soon as possible

mso not change in das4

Dear sir/madam
I have a cope in rural area and i pay my payment of setup box as urban area i request to mso to change my cope das3 region to das4 region but no response from mso. My set up of cope in merta road nagaur rajasthan 341511. The list generated the by the nxt as rural area base pack and payment of recharge and urban areas base pack and payment determine in jaunray 2017 as this list my cope under das4 as rural areas and the payment is less from urban area but mso take payment as urban areas and not change in the rural area site and i also informed to the mso.

We are using this cable service from around one year but till now it give everyday problem that network issue occur every time..
We paid on time but service is very poor.. I do not understand why do they took contarct for the area when they can not give service properly.. If we do not pay money on time they will disconnect our conection immediately but when they do not provide network connection they do not add days in our subdivision days.
It is not acceptable.

Dharmik channel kewal ek yo do hi aa rahe hai. Or baar baar conection missing ho raha hai' mukesh kumar. Sr no [protected], cas id [protected], nuid [protected]... Our address - booth no 40 cc -1st additional mandi road sirsa haryana. Mobile no [protected]. Pls hamari complaint ko jald se jald resolve karvaye nahi to hamare instaletion charges wapis dilwaye.

Dear sir/mam,
I am a new subscriber of Nxt digital tv cable tv service provided by HITS( Hinduja group) in our area after paying Rs 2, 000.00 for installation and STB charges.Before giving connection the local cable operator told me that I can watch digital tv channels 24x7 without interruptions(even the website claims that). But after taking connection I can watch tv channels only when electricity is available.There is a frequent power cut in our area so we have to watch tv on our home inverter .but the Local Cable Operator is not providing digital tv channels connection when the electricity is cut..I talked to the Local Cable Operator but he refused to give cableconnection from inverter..
I also talked to NXT digital customer care on [protected] @12:47 on 24.04.2016 and registered my complain but of no use.
I hope to get solve the issue from your desk as soon as possible.
