They call themselves government recognised company .Pathetic service and this company is complete waste of money and time After taking money from customer they are not bother with the kind of service provided and also their rules and regulations keep changing on calls.They say they give 6months warranty but after payment they go as per their convenience. Also when we call back they disconnect calls on asking for manager, he is always on vacation or not available. I spoke to Yogita pardeshi and Pallavi she was rude and not ready to listen. I have all their calls recorded which even employees are aware of it in short this organisation is big fraud no bothered of anything they promise something in the beginning later on every call they keep changing their words . I have

not giving the proper service

I had done pest control before some days... They had given 6 months guaranty... Once done... And if there is no effect they will do it again for free... But m everyday calling them since 7 days, they juat say we will send d person today or tomorrow n all... Still they havent sent... This company has no right to fool costumers... We pay them so we want proper service... This company doesnt deserve to be there... I want strict action to be taken against this company so that they wont fool any other people...

I had done a pest control from nyyst pest control on 13th october and was guaranteed the solution for 6 months or else was told would be given a free treatment. However, the issue was not resolved and i contacted the company again on 12th nov and they assured a second treatment on 17th november at 5 pm. I even got a confirmation call on16th nov about the second treatment how ever no one reached by house till 5 pm on 17th nov. After calling the company to check the status, they first said they did not have any such request but after me giving the details and requesting them to check, the lady named rajashree confirmed i would have some one at my house by 7 pm and asked me to recheck at 6:45pm. When i called the company at 6:45, i was told that rajashree had left for the day and there was no records of my complaint. Pathetic customer service. No value for their word of guarantee. They do not care for their customers after they get their payment. This is the worst customer service i have experienced

Usually they assure guarantee however, during the time of follow-up service, they just give you fake/ false promises!! Time management is too bad.
customer care team is very rude and deadly need training at least on how to speak to their customers.
They are money eaters I must say...!
