Rude customer service, no proper service, no proper installation
The ac is under warranty, it doesn’t give proper cooling since the beginning, while installing they made some error and since then its not working and asked for the service and every time they come, they say there’s no nitrogen and fill it up but doesn’t work even for a day and when we call back again asks for the service charges even though its in the warranty. When called today to report the issue again that the dealer started cussing and started making scenarios where they were asked some other services which was never the case. This person has been constantly being rude when confronted and the problem is still not solved.

Our service technician visit at your site yesterday and observation to below point as per your less cooling complain :-
ø room size - 200 sqft (Appox) // room temp - 30 *c found / voltage is – l_ n -224 volt // n-e - 4 volt // e - p - 228 volt
After 45 minutes running after taken date
ø unit section position block for bed, that’s reason return air not received to ac and air throw is less.
ø unit is running with 6.7 amp and grill temp-13.5 to 14.0 c.
ø room temperature down – 30 *c to 25 *c
Need to action – bed location change required neither ac sifting other side centre position of room, that’s air circulate in whole area.
All above report is confirm your unit is running ok, need to change according to above guideline for improvement of cooling.

My complain is that after 45 min my room tempeature is not going below 25*. Room cooling is not proper. Your service manager is just only giving advice that change the bed location. My room size is 180 squre fit and he is telling advice that room require one more a/c. He is only avoiding and delaying my time because my warenty ll last 18 april 2019. He sended his technician for 2 times both accepted tht my saying is right but after talking to sevice manager is telling the same thing, his technician also said us that we should fighted for it earlier then they might hear my problem. Is these things are approprate in such a big company. I m so disappointed by your service. And also note that i m a jeweler and i m using more than 10 a/c i knw how a cooling works.
Its a request to your company plzz solve my issue, i ll be highly obliged i[censored] hear it properly..
