Me & my wife Anuradha Rastogi booked two plots in Har Har Gange Phase II Haridwar (UK) promoted by OCTAGON BUILDERS & PROMOTERS PVT LTD, NOIDA of 150 sq. yards each @ Rs. 6000/- per sq. yard. We had paid Rs. 5, 90, 000/- for each plot (total 11, 80, 000/- for both plots). We met an accident and got multiple injuries. By God’s grace now we are quite O.K. Now we visited to Haridwar Site for registry purpose. But we could not find their office which was earlier there and all phone number of NOIDA Office are out of order.

I have book plot in har har gange in haridwar near patjaliy hospital but till day we do not know my plot location

I bought a plot of 110sq yard at delhi hardware highway, near patanjali from octagon builders under project name har har gange. They promised allotment by 2014 fully but the plot is yet to be delivered. Sometimes they say we will allot you a plot at different locations sometimes say something else. I visited octagon office at noida sector 63 but now they have changed their office location also and phones are coming non reachable.
I am unable to find them neither on phone nor with location. This is my hard earned money which i put in to purchase a piece of land. Requesting you to help me in recovering the money back.

Sir,
I have booked a plot with Octagon Builders & Promotors (P) Ltd in their Santoor City
project at Haridwar in 2007.I have to pay the balance amount in 9 equal monthly installments on getting allotment of plot by the company.But i has failed any monthly installment.But company give time for further payment.i can not give monthly installment next six year.But today company have to give the plot on same rate.Now i have done full payment and after 15 days done my registry.

Similar case happened with us even i had also deposited Rs.124000 /- in 3 installement for plot but as of now nothing heard from their side for plot or refund of money
Inspite of reminding them several times, now planning to take some legal action.

As per our terms & conditions all the old customers who are having any query regarding to the project or Any issue regarding to their Plot allotment are no issue any more .As all the customers who had invested in our project are all most resolved . most of the registrys are already done it would be the ratio of 80% registry are already done rest are going on in the fluent manner as earlier we Octagon Builders & promoters pvt. Ltd faced a tough time due some government Approvals but as per our terms and conditions every government approvals are already completed that’s why registrys are going on at very rapid speed .but now as the time increases all the complaints are totally resolved .

I have booked a plot in Dec 06 in santour city 2 dehradun but the plot has not been allotted till date moreover on asking about refund from the builder he has staright away denied to refund the money as there is long delay in project by said builder moreover he has not at all bother to pay the interest on money which he kept for morethan 3 years which is breach of contract.This is strange how the builder not even bother to pay the interest if he has not been able to deliver the project on time.Who is going to listen to buyers views nobody is bother.i simply want my money back...kindly help.
