I purchased a watch from Offerbean.com on 24th september 2012. The payment was completed successfully and the order was confirmed. I contacted the cc before making the purchase and confirmed the price of the product and the delivery date before the order. It has been more than 3 months after the offer was made and till now I didn't receive the product. I tried contacting the cc but none answered my phone calls and returned my mails....

I made a payment Rs.13,270 vide Order No.721 on 25.02.2012 for buying 2 Seiko watches. I've not received the product or the refund of my money till now (12.11.2012). I contacted the Manager named Ritesh ([protected]). He is asking me to remove the online complaint which I made after 2 month of the transaction and more than 100 times of calling that person and the customer care.
