No 15394211k Sigmn Raj Kishor I have send my discharge book for home address change through District Soldier Board on dated 18 Mar 2016 letter no- 1802/डी० बु0/सै०क०/36.
Sir till now I have not received my discharge book, therefore I am facing so many problem.
Without discharge book I could not apply for ex –service man I Card, could not apply for canteen card and registration.
Sir I have send many letters but not received any reply from NER Gp .
Sir now I request you and hope that you will take favorable action, I’ll ever grateful to you for this act of kindness.
