It's been a month that my vehicle battery was sent for replacement and I am left no where without information that my replacement issue will be resolved. I am at loss by taking public transport for a month costing 8000 rs as loss. Worst after sales service also I don't recommend anyone to opt okaya....

The company is not able to provide service at all, the parts are getting damaged, they are under warranty, yet they are not providing the parts.

I bought an Okaya scooter on 5th October 2022. At that time, its headlight was illuminating the upper side too much. It is so high that there is no light at all on the road and there are high chances of accidents. I told the company dealer to replace it. And Its upper dipper is also not working, if it is used, the light of the car turns off completely. Still, they are saying that they will replace it when it arrives. And after that, they are giving the light props of the cars they are selling. If I talk to the dealer, he talks in a very bad manner. After taking it, going to the first free service without saying anything and giving the scooter without replacing any part, he asked to pay service charges of rs.150. When asked, please explain me about this charges he said the scooter was washed and polished
When I asked to give the receipt for the money taken, they replied that they don't. And they said that they don't want to appear here again. I mailed a complaint to customer care and there is no reply. You should make that decision

I had buy battery in 2 months ago. And after all battery is leakegd. Company give me a fauled product. Okaya company say not replace the battery.

मैने आपकी ओकया OW350R कार की बैट्री जिसका सीरियल नम्बर EQWFCO[protected] है जो मैने दिनाक[protected] को नसीम बैट्री सर्विस वरेली से 2800 रुपये मूल्य देकर क्रय की थी खरीद की दिनाक से लगभग 15 माह कार्य करने के बाद इस बैट्री मे खराबी आ गई मेरे द्वारा इस बैट्री को नसीम बैट्री सर्विस पर ले जाकर दिखाया गया उन्होंने मुझे बैट्री के साथ गारण्टी कार्ड लेकर ओकया सर्विस सेन्टर पर लेकर जाने को कहा मै बैट्री को मय गारण्टी कार्ड के साथ सर्विस सेन्टर पर लेकर गया सर्विस सेन्टर वालों ने मुझे बताया की बैट्री की जाँच कम्पनी के इजीनियर द्वारा की जायेगी आप बैट्री को गारण्टी कार्ड के साथ हमारे पास जमा कर दो मेरे द्वारा उनसे जानकारी मगने पर की बैट्री कब तक ठीक हो जायेगी उन्होने बताया की आप दो दिन बाद पता कर ले मैने बैट्री को मय गारण्टी कार्ड के साथ सर्विस सेन्टर पर जमा कर दिया मै चार दिन बाद सर्विस सेन्टर पर गया तो उन्होने मुझे बताया की आपकी बैट्री को चेक करने में अभी तीन से चार दिनों का समय लगेगा आप होली के त्यौहार के बाद हमसे सम्पर्क करें मै होली के त्यौहार के बाद सर्विस सेन्टर पर बैट्री की जानकारी लेने गया तो उन्होने मुझे वताया की आपकी बैट्री आउट ऑफ वारण्टी हो गई है मेरे द्वारा उन्हें बताने पर की मैने बैट्री दिनाक[protected] को खरीदी है जिस पर मुझे 18 माह गारण्टी व 18 माह वारण्टी कम्पनी की ओर से दी गई है जो की मेरे द्वारा बैट्री के साथ जमा किये गये गारण्टी कार्ड पर संलग्न है उन्होने बताया की आपका गारण्टी कार्ड हमारे पास से खों गया है अगर आपके पास बैट्री का विल हो तो ह्मे दिखा दीजिये ताकि हमे पता चल सके की आपने बैट्री कब खरीदी है मेरे द्वारा उन्हें बैट्री का विल दिखाने पर उन्होने वताया की आपका यह विल फर्जी है और आपकी बैट्री नही वदली जा सकती है मैने उन्हे वताया की मैने यह बैट्री. दिनाक[protected] को खरीदी है और अभी गारण्टी व वारण्टी मै है उन्होने बताया की हमारे डिस्टीटयूटर के द्वारा यह बैट्री डीलर को दो माह पहले ही वेची जा चुकी है इसीलिये इस बैट्री की गारण्टी व वारण्टी दो माह पहले ही समाप्त हो चुकी है इसीलिये इस बैट्री का कुछ नही किया जा सकता उन्होने इतना कहकर मेरी बैट्री विना गारण्टी कार्ड के मुझे वापस कर दी मेरी बैट्री अभी गारण्टी व वारण्टी दोनो मे है इसलिये इसे व दलने का कष्ट करे अन्यथा आपके विरुद्ध मु झे उपभोक्ता फोरम मे बाद दायर करना पर मजबूर होना पडेगा कृप्या इस मेल का जबाव मुझे दो दिनो मे दे अन्‍यथा आपके विरुद्ध मु झे उपभोक्ता फोरम मे बाद दायर करना पडेगा शुभम सक्सेना [protected] [protected]

i was purchase a okaya battery of invertor from last 6 month i was facing problem in invertor battery battery discharge very fast i had complain with in warrenty period but they are not accepting thier fault and said warrenty of battery started before 1 day of purchaising date is this happen any were they r not replacing our battery plz solve my prb.
