regarding parts damaged and missed out belonging while car got serviced at ambattur service centre
Dear sir,
I was purchased honda amaze new in december 2019 at olympia honda, ambattur. I alsways left my car for regular service at this centre only. I didnt face any problem before sent my car this centre on 12 th september, 2020. Then i was continusely enquiring about service of my car and there was no proper response from service manager/engineer mr kumaravel. I asked about my car status but there was no proper response from him. And yesterday the driver deliver my car with got demaged of my driver seat hand rest and our bronze vinayaga also missed out. I was utter shock and asked mr kumaravel. But he used local language and scolded me and fighted me also aurgued me indecent manner. So take action against him

Sellers: olympia honda, ambattur.
A minor accident occurred to the above vehicle wherein the honda logo in the front and grille were damaged on 15/12/2019. To be precise the damage was very minor.
I took the vehicle to the service centre at ambattur on 16/12/2019 for first service and also for repairing the damage to the front logo and grille.
One mr. Prem assessed the value of damage at rs.12000/- and advised me to claim insurance.
I told him the damage would be around rs4000/- and i would pay by cash and insurance need not be claimed.
But he insisted the repair would cost rs12000/- and i should claim insurance. I signed the papers. I also told them if the repairs are for small amount insurance need not be claimed.
The vehicle was handed over to mr. Deepak with body shop for completing the repair work. Both mr. Prem and mr. Deepak did not call me at all for 12 days to give me details of insurance claimed from sompo universal.
On 28/12/2019 the vehicle was delivered along with an invoice of rs. 3720/- for which i had to pay rs1001:- being claim charges.
Therefore net claim from insurance was only rs2720/-.
Because of this i am losing the insurance bonus of rs. 5500/-., for no fault mine. Therefor i will lose a net amount of rs.3000/- for the wrong assessment of service/ body shop persons.
If i make a claim in future it may be discarded by insurance company.
The service/ body workers misled the customer. Kindly redress my loss.
