I had a mystery visit to louis phillipe in Haridwar on[protected] which i completed And submitted the report same day i was told to get the refund amount of which i shopped from the showroom in maximum of 20 working days which was inr 2850 after that its more than 1 month i didnot recived any amount and didnt get supported bye customer executive even now they are not attending the calls

I audited for this company in december of 2019 and till date they did not pay my money. Whenever you talk to these people who were audited with reimbursement, now they will say after a few days, the money will come till the feb month end march month end etc i am very updet with this irritating company. My rrimbursement amount is 1000 rupee for nykaa audit in vasant kunj delhi....

Onion insight contacted me in 16 thaugust 2019 for an audit of royal enfield service center based in agra (Mangal motors). To which they said that i will be paid upto rs.2500 for the srevice and rs.500 voucher in 60 working days. I submitted all my reports till 19th august 2019. After 60 working days i contacted them for the payment and got a silly excuse from their side. Today is 9th december 2019. A week short of 4 months. And i dont see any signs on my payment being released.

I have done the audit for onion insight (Peter england) in the month of june and it was my first audit with them.

All mystery shopping companies either accept or reject the report within 10 days but onion insight takes one month to review and accept the report which was very late.

After completion of 2 and half months, when i asked for the payment so they said your payment will be made after 25th august and when i asked them for the reason so they said as per policy it takes 45 - 60 days excluding holiday which is not mentioned in their terms and conditions and for which i can take necessary legal action against them.

Today is 1st septermber and till date 'i haven't received any payment in my account yet. When i sent email to ms. Priya (Accounts department) and mr. Tejas (Project manager) so both didn't respond to my email.

It has been passed 3 months and now i wants to go ahead to take legal action against onion insight for such a fake commitment and for wrongully mentioned terms and conditions.
