I have got a call from this company called [protected]@outllook.com
And has told about the job profile and i have already asked her 100 times that if theis is a pay and get paid kind of job then tel me before. She said the there no fees. You should not do tp and all that's it. When the registration time came she called me miss tanya sharma, and told me do as i say not even explaining the terms and conditions. Cause she knew if she will reveal the terms and conditions no one will join theri company, she told me every this js fine just do as i. Say, after that i started filling froms and realised is next to impossible to fill 800 forms in 7 days, one of my frnd research about this company and come to know that it's a big scam they will ask you to pay money by using some advocate. And they will tell you that they will file the case and all. I immediately came to customer complaint forum and saw that this site has filled with the complainant of the same company.. And i have also filed the complainant. Today i got another message from them. I have attached the screen shot of it

I rishabh jaju registered for search of work on olx app. Oon next day i got a call from a girl named riya (Phone number:). She told me to do a job of data entry and offered me to fill 800 forms and would pay me 35 rs for each form i. E. 28000 in total. She was from online worksjob.com then she asked me to give my details like aadhar card as id proof. Then i sent her my aadhar card through whatsapp. She replied that you are under age as i am 16. So she told me to give id proof of any elder person and told me that you can work on the name of him. So i gave my mummy's details. After that she texted me id and password to login through whatsapp. When i logged in she told to write the first three letters of my mum's name. At that time i didnt know that they were taking my signs on any legal agreement. When i asked her the terms and condition, she just told me that i cant leave the or i have to pay 3999 rs. After that when i asked other terms and conditions then she replied that there is no other terms and conditions. Hence i accepted the work. When i started working i realised that this work should be done within 7 days. So i worked for 7 days and completed the work and then submitted it.in the mean time site got stucked many time. Even though i completed. After some days on 4th april i got a message to checkout my mail. When i checked i found that it was a mail in which they stated me to pay 6000 rs in total (4000 for not doing accurate work and 2000 for compensation). The girl who contacted me job said that 90 percent accuracy is required so i worked on accuracy and each form after filling. Now they are telling me that i had done work inaccurately. Even my address with mail was written wrongly. Now they are telling me to pay otherwise they will do legal proceedings. I have all the screenshots and videos of my working. Please help me...

A guy name called nishant from online works job company and told me to accept terms and conditions to provide username and password to login to their website, i have not confirmed that i wil take that work, after that i informed him to cancel my account that i wil not work, after that he sent me text that need to pay 4 k if i fail to submit the work. More over the given work cannot complete by 7 days, if we fail to complete work within 7 days then we have to pay 4 k for them. He is telling now he wil speak with me after 7 days, i sent pic of my driving license as id proof, will it be a problem, please help me with this.

One of the person called me (Ph no-[protected] harry singh) and stated that you can work from home and can earn 10000 to 15000 rupees, only thing you have to do is fill up the kyc forms from given data, you only have to work for 3 hours a day. He ask me to give your email. Id, ask for personal id after that he said i will provide you with user id and password after which you can start your work. When i opened up the website there appeared a checkbox where he said to me just write something i wrote there, later he said thank you sir for applying in our company whop you work greatly.
When i opened up the portal there was target which was unachieavable, hence i didnt did that, later after few days they send me a sms which stated final notice before proceeding legal action, i again ignored it but finally at last they again send me the sms which said as per the discussion with our advocate we provide the breach of contract under sec 72 of indian contract act however you can stop it by paying 6000 rs (4000 portal charges & 2000 compensation) ph no - [protected]

They gave me the task of completing 800 pages in 7 days and told me they will provide me extra days if i can't complete the job. I called them within the 7 days wanting to know some more details but my call was not reachable. Then now on 7th of february they gave me legal notice that if i won't pay rs 6000 they will filed a case against court because of the agreement which i never got but they made me sign on a blank sheet. I talked to there coustomer care but they said they can't help me i have to pay the amount. So i paid the amount now therw lawyer is demanding extra rs 8800 for noc. Certificate. I want my money back.

Once i got call from onlineworksjob. Company from surat, she told me to give adhar detalis the, she took a digital signature of mine in a blank page, they had told me to fill approx 400 forms with 90 accuracy, but they did not trained me on the work, so how i can assume to do their work. I urged to train me but all in vain. Few days ago i got a msg that you are not working as per the daily target. Your last date is near else you have to pay the charge of 3999/- as per the contract to avoid legal action. But now today they are asking ₹6000 and threatening me also. I am being disturbed mentally daily basis.

Plzz help me, i dont have that much money, i do job in a private shop with salary of just 5000 plzz help

Fir mene unhe meri report ke bare me puchha or in pr cash darj krane ka bola tab inhone muje portal pr "qc report fail" ki report di or inhe pta tha ki me inhe kuchh payment dene wala nhi hu isliye inhone mujhe dubar call nhi kiya or meri id ko kuchh dino bad band kr diya. Yeh bilkul fake website he. Yeh log kisi na kisi tarike se logon ko murkh bnakar payment le lete he. Join krte time bilkul free id dete he pr bad me work camplite nhi hone pr portal charge mangte he or farji advocate bankar dhamki bhi dete he.
Agar koi bhai is is portal pr register hua he to use bta de ki yeh bilkul fake he aapko kisi bhi tarah se darne ki jarurat nhi he. Ye aapka kuchh nhi karenge. Aap inhe dhamki do ki aapne ye sari baten hame pehle nhi btai. Ye aapko aapke digital signature ka karwane ki bat kehkar bhi dhamkate he isse kuchh nhi hoga.
Aapko koi bhi payment inhe nhi dena he. Or jinhone de diya he vo samjo dub gye. Dubara nhi milenge or na koi payment aapko milne wala he.

As per their instruction-
After open the link - one screen open - write spelling of name as signature & open the log in id & work start,
I asked them - i have not received any mail from their side -
They told - aggreement sent - but mail was received in other folder instead of inbox, so i can not read the aggreement at that time,
I have not provide them any signature on aggreement paper hard copy,
But they told - that signature was count on aggreement & due to work not complete i have to paid 4000 rs or they register court case

Do do logo n check kiye h.. bss fir legal action ki dhamki or money demand krne lge.. or kisi Rohan Singh advocate ka call aata h.. bola ki mere client ko payment krdo warna court proceedings start hogi..
Sir I am student and preparing for UPSC I do not have enough time.. that why I request you to please help me as soon as possible..

Maine olx pe online works job name ki company ka data entry ka add dekha tha uspe apply karne ke bad whatsapp (+[protected] pe unhone mujhse aadhar card manga, registration purpose ke liye. Uske bad unhone mujhe ek email kiya jisme mere name se ek agreement kiya gaya tha usne mujhe uspe sign karne ko bola. Sign karne ke bad unhone mujhe ek username aur password diya aur 800 form 7 din me fill karne ko bola.
2 din bad maine youtube pe aise hi fraud ki video dekhi to maine uspe kam karna band kar diya
Aaj mujhe usi company ki taraf se call aaya ([protected]) vo mere against case file karne ki bat kar raha tha isse bachne ke liye vo 6000 rupees ki demand kar rahe h aur 4 din me paise na dene pe case file kar denge

One day i had received a call from employee of such fraud company name online works job. She provide me detail that i[censored] want to join with us then u have to fill one time 800 form in 7 days. We will pay 35 rs per form subject to 90% accuracy. She also say i[censored] not fill 90% form correct u will not get payment. I[censored] not fulfil forms in time then u have to pay 4000 penalty. I[censored] fill all the form whether wrong or right u not have to pay penalty. I taken work on[protected] and started working. First cheat they made with me same day no agreement shown and say write ur name digitally. I belive its geuine so i do the same. Next five days i work so hard and fill 85% form with 48 hours left to spare.
Then after they suddenly crash my id and password on[protected]. On 4 to 6 i mail and calls them genuinely but they not reply still. On[protected] they threat me by advocate so call pankaj singh without any other deatil. Today thay msg me about me legal proceeding with illegal case no without any much explain.
Their so called advocate not answer properly and threat me.
I ask for deatil of advocate, agreement even about client but they dont provide me anything. Please solve this problem very urgent

On 17/11/19 I registered on Shine.com for search of work from home jobs and on 19th of November'19
I got a phone call from a lady asking for job requirement and I told her that I was looking for a job and then she offered me a job of filling up 800 forms in 7 days and would pay me RS 35 per forms which is 800 * 35 = RS 28000 and the company from she was talking to me was Online Works job, and then she provided me details of job on...

Online works job is a company who has provided a work to me for filing 800 forms and was consented to pay rs 35 per form to me. But while surfing I found that the advocate who has signed the stamp is already involved in many fraud cases. I m confused regarding whether to continue the work or not because on asking CIN number from the company they did not provide me the same.On repeated inquiries I was not satisfied wid their reply and the company does not appears to be legit. Please provide me the solution wether I should continue the work or not.
