I ordered the book on 30/04/2022 from the website onlineabc.in. Through debit card, Rs. 229. 00 paise paid. He then called them, did WhatsApp, texted them but they did not respond. I have also done online charge back to get my money back. My complaint has gone to cybercrime.gov.in.
I urge everyone not to buy books from onlineabc.in.

I have ordered few books on 10 june.. Since 1 month passed.. The items are not yet shipped... If you don't want to deliver the items... Please atleast return my money... I have multiple times called on your customer care no and sent emails but no response.. My order id is 6810.

I had order 4 books from the online website named Onlineabc.in As one of the book was not available they were not able to deliver. It took 20 days for them to deliver my order and since then I've been asking for my refund amount of ₹315 but I'm not getting any kind of response. I feel terrible for this. They don't pick up the call neither they call us back neither they reply to mail/messages, they don't transfer the money either. Below...
